The location of Royal Palm is excellent, only around 4 hours flying time from the UK and 15 minutes drive from the southern airport, so soon you will be sitting on your balcony enjoying a glass of Rioja or a crisp cold beer! There is someting for everone here shopping paradise is 10 minutes away. Seven golf courses to choose from. And for the children (although adults will enjoy to) trip to the newly opened Siam Aqua Park is highly recommended. The airport is a short taxi ride costing approx 20 euros.

Situated to nearby supermarkets and quality restaurants, or a short 10minute walk to the local town and sandy beach. There is a nearby taxi rank should you want to travel further. The town offers an array of bars, restaurants and cafes to sit outside and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this idyllic coastal town.

Ground floor with wheelchair access, washing machine, safe, water filter tap etc. Luxury studio apartment with pool view on the ground floor. Royal Palm is a small Andalucian style site set in beautiful gardens. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard with a covered terrace with two sofas, king sized sofa bed, two single beds, washing machine, two fridges, microwave, safe, water filter tap, full oven with grill & 4 ceramic hobs. All bedding and towels are colour co-ordinated. There is a steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cafetiere, toaster, cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan – plus an extra fan just in case. All pillows are feather and there is a good supply of extra bedding if required. The terrace is a perfect place to chill out and relax on the sofas with fairy lights in the flower arrangement, light the candles, open the wine – Enjoy!! There are two swimming pools (one heated from October to March) & a small children’s pool – right outside the terrace. Royal Palm has a lifeguard on duty at the pools from 9:00am till 6:00.
The kitchen area has two new fridges – this means you have plenty of room for all of your drinks as well as plenty of cool food storage space. A water filter tap has been fitted next to the sink – no need to carry heavy water bottles from the supermarket! . The washing machine is there for you to use – however, take your own washing powder or tablets as finding popular UK brands can be difficult. A new microwave was also added in July 2007. There is a large assortment of pans available – including an egg poacher, cafetiere, 4 piece toaster and a full set of matching crockery & cutlery for four people – and obviously plenty of glasses, cooking utensils etc, including a large flask jug – just in case you want to take a pot of tea to the beach! This is an exceptionally spacious studio apartment with more than enough room for four people. A new wall mounted 32 inch Sony Bravia flat screen TV and new DVD player was installed in December 2008.
Flights: The days of last minute deals seem to be over. Book early to get the best prices. Taxis from Tenerife Airport are approx 20 euros each way and takes 15 – 20 minutes.

Royal Palm is the perfect site for families and couples. It is only a few minutes walk to nearby supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars. With only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the centre of Los Cristianos there is something for everyone. The Bus Station is only a short walk away, with services cheap and plentiful – you can catch a bus to almost anywhere on the island. Las Americas is easily accessible on foot or by bus or taxi for shopaholics and party animals. Tours are available that offer boat trips, jeep safaris, water skiing, dolphin & whale trips, even to the theatre at Las Americas. There are free buses to the Water Park and Siam Park. A trip on the ferry to La Gomera is a must for those who want to experience fabulous scenery and a real taste of the Canaries – highly recommended.

Within the complex sits our studio apartment with views of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Available for rental on 23/10/09 to a high specification in a contemporary style, the studio apartment affords you all the modern comforts of home, with the added bonuses of being by the sea and having year round sunshine. The studio itself has partitioned sleeping quarters, to give it more of an apartment feel. Should you wish to catch up with events in the UK, you’ll find our flat screen television with BBC1, BBC2, Sky News alongside film and other specialist channels accommodating. And, given the studio is centrally located near to the beach, shops and restaurants and is in one of the few parts of Los Cristianos that is flat, it’s also ideal for those who are somewhat less mobile.
Smokers welcome, but please use balcony and ash trays provided. Towels are provided solely for the apartment. Beach towels must be provided by yourself. Located in the kitchen is a fitted ceramic oven and hob.

Local Amenities: A taxi rank is situated across the road from the Royal Palm grounds. There are two supermarkets close to the apartment. One is small and is contained within The Beverley Hills Club. The other is larger, modern with a wide selection of groceries and wines and spirits and is situated opposite the Royal Palm Owners office. Above the larger of the two supermarkets is a semi open air restaurant serving local specialities and good steaks. A short stride up the hill will get you to the ‘Bella Roma’ Italian Restaurant where the steaks and pasta have been found to be delicious. Pub food and breakfasts are available at small bars close to Royal Palm as well as Chinese restaurants and takeaways. Car hire, money exchange and excursion booking are all to be found in the new shopping centre across the road from Royal Palm. The shopping centre benefits from an Irish Bar and English Tea rooms.

Continuous Improvement: We have recently installed a safety deposit box in the apartment (free to use) and we have listened to customer comments to improve things on the terrace. We have installed a full blind to give more privacy and installed new wrought iron work on the terrace to add security. This has allowed us to invest further in some high quality patio furniture including new table and four comfortable dining chairs as well as two comfortable relaxers in same style so you can sit comfortably on the terrace of an evening if the mood takes you. The terrace is lockable and this provides even greater security and more than that more peace of mind on an already safe complex. From APRIL 2010 the apartment will benefit from a brand new automatic washing machine to give a little more convenience to those guests who come over for longer stays.

The area is clean and very appealing to families and couples as it is relatively peaceful with stunning views of Los Cristianos and the Atlantic ocean. There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a newly built shopping centre close by as well as a taxi rank for those wishing to travel further afield. Royal Palm and the facilities in the immediate area mean you don’t really have to go elsewhere but a 10 minute walk will get you down to the beach or into Los Cristianos town centre where you will be met with an array of bars, restaurants and other facilities. Large studio apartment with 2 single beds, double bed settee and bathroom. Royal Palm is considered by many to be the most prestigious apartment complex in Los Cristianos. Built in an Andalusian style with typical Spanish tiled roofs and ornate balustrades, Royal Palm is an extremely attractive complex with beautiful gardens of tropical plants. The complex has two swimming pools and a separate children’s pool, completely renovated in summer 06. Within a few minutes walk there are many lovely restaurants. Apartment No.68A Royal Palm has a great location with no stairs either from the road or to the pool, which is 20 metres away from the door. The taxi rank is directly across the road. No.68A has a semi-separate bedroom area with 2 single beds. The lounge area has a 3-seater settee, which folds down into a very good quality double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, TV with UK and Sky channels and a video. The apartment was recently refurbished throughout. We have a no smoking policy in the apartment.
The studio has masses of wardrobe space and has a small safe. The main living area has a new ceiling fan and there is also a portable fan in the apartment. There is a pine table with 4 chairs in the apartment and an outdoor patio set seating 4 too. The TV has most of the standard UK channels and Sky Movies, Sky Sports etc.

Royal Palm sits about 750 metres from the front of Los Cristianos and is in the vicinity of Beverly Hills Club, Paradise Park, Port Royale and El Mirador. There is a great variety and a good number of lovely bars and restaurants within 1-5 minutes walk. The walk to the front takes 10-15 minutes and is a gentle downhill stroll. A taxi rank is positioned 20 metres from the front door of No.68A so getting around further afield is easy. The centre of Los Cristianos contains dozens of very good bars and restaurants but Los Cristianos is not a ‘nightclub venue’, it retains much of the charm of the picturesque fishing village with a relaxed atmosphere. 5 Euros’ in a taxi takes you into the hustle and bustle of Las Americas with its countless activities but escaping from that back to Royal Palm is always good. The LC area is very wheelchair friendly with ramps to ease access and again No.68A Royal Palm has no steps to negotiate either from the pavement or on your route to the pool area.

Large sunny balcony with patio table/chairs for leisurely outdoor eating, also 2 sun loungers. Patio blind for shade on those hot days. Ceiling fan iron/board, also hairdryer provided. Satellite TV with good range of English channels incl. BBC1 & 2, ITV. Sky Sports1 etc. Free use of safe. Washing machine installed. This large, well appointed studio is very comfortable with twin beds, 2 sofas, double wardrobes & new fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower / marble wash basin / vanity unit. All towels and bedding supplied, with linen changes for stays of over one week – just bring beach towels. Our apartment is on the top (3rd) floor – the sunny balcony gives you complete privacy. WE DO NOT accept bookings from young couples or families with young children as we feel this complex would appeal more to older guests who would enjoy the climate and scenery but would appreciate quiet nights.
Around and about: Los Cristianos is an interesting little town, with large harbour and port where daily ferries run to neighbouring islands and has excellent golden sand beaches. The town has international restaurants and local tapas bars galore, mainly situated in the old town area where tables spill out onto the pavement and the evenings can be spent admiring the stunning sunsets over the sea, or just people watching. There is a pleasant central square with church and many local shops in the mainly pedestrianised old town. Lovely flat promenade walk into Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje and beyond as far as the lovely little fishing village of La Caleta. Car Hire and Taxis are very reasonable but not necessary as the central bus station, with links to all over the island is just 10 mins. walk away.
Excursions: Book a whales and dolphins trip out to sea from the port, visit the large Sunday market on the front in Los Cristianos, visit the spectacular Mount Teide which is the largest mountain in Spain, see the award winning Loro Parque Zoo in Puerto de La Cruz. A lovely day out nearer to home is to visit Jungle Park, set high in the hills behind Los Cristianos where there are free flying birds of prey. tigers and much more. Day trips to the neighbouring island of La Gomera on the ferry. Tenerife truly is an island for all ages – a place where you can choose the type of holiday you want. Of course the temperate climate in Tenerife makes it ideal for both summer and winter holidays and with a flying time of just over 4 hours you don’t have to go long haul.

All amenities are on hand yet it is only a 10 -15min downhill stroll to the centre of Los Cristianos and on to the nightlife of adjoining Playa de Las Americas. The complex has lovely pool (heated in Winter), launderette and popular restaurant (with take away facility) on site, with supermarket and plenty of quality restaurants all within reasonable walking distance. If you tire of admiring the sunsets from the balcony, the Beverly Hills Club around the corner has bars, the LA Showbar and indoor sports centre with squash courts, ten pin bowling (2 lanes) and children’s games area. Cooked breakfasts and daytime snacks are available from the attractive patio piano bar there or fresh rolls can be bought daily locally. Hollywood Mirage opposite the front entrance of Port Royale has a fitness centre that is open for visitors for a small weekly charge. Port Royale has Internet access during reception opening hours, also Internet cafes are available nearby.
