3 bedroom villa large solar heated pool in its own grounds very private. Set in the small village of La Caldera and a short drive to Los Gigantes our villa has everything you need for a fabulous holiday.with magical panoramic views of the ocean and sunsets of a night. It is secluded and set in its own grounds.The pool is set in the rock and is solar heated, with 5 dolphins and a waterfall. The villa has a oriental feel and is furnished to a high standard. We have a barbacue and seating for 10, a large terrace on the front of the villa has a table and 6 chairs extra large sofa and 2 loungers,suitable for outside dining and relaxing. The interior is all newly furnished and modern with 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes 1 large bathroom and 1 ensuite. The kitchen has all mod cons including american fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob.

the villa is 5 mins drive from Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago where there are some lovely beaches, restaurants, and bars there is a lovely pool down in Los Gigantes called the oasis which has a large pool snack bar and restaurant. the harbour is a good place to visit with some nice cafe bars overlooking the harbour. Puerto Santiago has some great beaches for the children if you fancy a day at the beach. Just below our villa there is a bar restaurant called the taganaste which has entertainment on a Friday and Sunday owned by Fred and Glenis. Also worth a short drive to Alcala is Toni’s Restaurant got to be the best food on the island a must
3 Ensuite Bedrooms sleeps up to 6 people in the heart of Los Gigantes. This spacious Villa has its own private gated entrance in a quiet but central location. Inside 3 large bedrooms all have en-suite facilities and fans, the front bedroom leads onto the front terrace through sliding patio doors. The large lounge is of a modern theme with flat screen English TV/DVD and leather settees. From here you will not fail to enjoy the wonderful sea views. Sliding patio doors leads onto the large front terrace equipped with sun beds and sun blinds. A separate new modern kitchen also has a door leading onto a terrace which is used as an eating area complete with BBQ, large table and 6 chairs. On this level there is a cupboard full of beach accessories and children’s toys which guests are welcome to use. For the real sun worshippers there is a roof top terrace again with sun beds but no sun shades, there is however stunning cliff and sea views.

Ground floor: A dining room, long hall way, wall hangings, an indoor ‘garden’ and a guest loo; also a large sitting room with TV, video, DVD and music. A newly refurbished twin bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with wood units and mostly Miele equipment. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom (double), dressing area and bathroom is large with a separate shower and huge jacuzzi with arches and tiled shelving. It also has a large terrace, with wonderful views. The second bedroom (twin) used to be the master and also has a dressing room and bath en-suite. It has a terrace with table and chairs – wonderful early morning coffee. Both have been recently refurbished. The front of the house has tinted sliding doors leading to the garden. You can sit in the shade of bougainvillea, under a pantiled roof or sunbathe on the lawn or newly- tiled terrace. Alfresco dining is a joy.
