Nice area, well served by restaurants & bars. Night life just minutes away. Beautiful one-bed, well-maintained ground floor self-catering apartment in lovely quiet, low-rise complex. The bathroom has recently been completely refurbished. The apartment has a very large terrace with sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and a small garden. Situated about 15 mins. from a lovely sandy beach, town centre and harbour. There is a taxi rank and tour pick-up close by. The complex has its own community pool with sun loungers and parasols. It also gets the sun all day. A new shopping centre and numerous new restaurants and bars have opened recently in this developing area. Approximately 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. We also have a second third floor property in Los Diamantes Phase 3.

Our privately owned apartment is in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, opposite 2 large complexes – Paradise Park and Dinastia. There’s a new shopping centre nearby and many excellent restaurants and bars. It’s a 15 min walk to the beach, Sunday Market and harbour. Enjoy the long sandy beach, well serviced by bars and restaurants. Boat trips are available from the harbour. The pedestrianised resort centre has many cafes, restaurants and bars along the beautifully restored promenade and in the town. Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village, offers a relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere while retaining its charm. It has a relaxed nightlife with the livelier town of Las Americas a short distance away. The marina and man-made beach at Puerto Colon are well worth a visit. Well worth exploring also are La Caleta and El Médano. Catch the local bus or take a taxi. Tenerife has the best climate in the world and is an all-year-round holiday destination with warm sunshine right through the year

A stunning brand new spacious 1 and 2 bed apartment situated on the much sought after Cape Salema development, in the wonderful area of Palm Mar which is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartments are South-West facing with fantastic panoramic sea views and all day sun. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool including a separate children’s pool, sunbathing area with all day sun set in landscaped gardens. Local beach is mainly shingles and is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, with sandy beaches 10 minutes away by car or local bus.
2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom property can sleep up to 4 people. The studio balcony has a beautiful view looking at the swimming pool and the restaurant. The complex offers a helpful and pleasant 24 hour reception service including money exchanging, car hire, excursion ticket sales, and safety deposit box rentals. There is also a luggage room as well as showering facilities available for guests to use on departure days. In addition, we have an onsite library for the exchange of books. The heated swimming pool is large with a separate section for the children to enjoy and is surrounded by sun terraces, furnished with sun lounges and sun umbrellas. There is a life guard on a daily basis. The poolside bar is open daily and serves usual snacks and drinks, whilst its adjoining restaurant is open every night serving a wide variety of international dishes. Located in our beautifully maintained and luscious gardens, there is also a tennis court, pool tables and a small bowling green. Our studio also has a washing machine and is fully equipped.
Friendly Complex in Los Cristianos. Chipeque is situated in Los Cristianos and is opposite the Paradise Park Hotel and is in between Los Diamantes and The Beverly Hills. This area has become a self contained area having its own supermarkets and shops and ample restaurants from Mexican to Indian to Chinese to Spanish and Italian, all within a 5 minutes walk. This complex is low rise with ground floor apartments/studios then just one floor above these. The apartment had been refurbished to comfortable standard is first floor, no apartments above and comprises: Entrance to kitchen area with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils, breakfast bar with two stools. Living area with settee, coffee table, CD Player, TV with DVD, the TV received the complex satellite and this includes some English Channels, not BBC. Royal Palm is a Andalucian style site set in beautiful gardens. The apartment is furnished to a high standard The kitchen has recently been re-furbished with new cooker, new washing machine, microwave and a four ring ceramic hob. The studio has two twin single beds .The bedding and towels are colour coordinated. there is a three seater sofa which easily converts into a comfortable double bed. There is an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, fridge ,cable TV,and ceiling fan. The terrace is a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a G&T. There are two swimming pools (one heated from October to March) & a small children’s pool – right outside the terrace. Royal Palm has a lifeguard on duty at the pools from 9:00am till 6:00pm.
