2 bedrooms, 1 with large en-suite, 1 shower room, sleeps up to 6 people. Our apartment is situated in a prime location within the stunning new ‘Dinastia’ complex in Los Cristianos. We have furnished the apartment to high standard, hoping to attract people who appreciate quality; the lounge and dining room are in a large open plan area which leads onto a sizeable balcony where you can enjoy the Canary sunshine from before mid-day until sunset. The property in on the third floor and enjoys breathtaking views to the sea. Within the lounge we have a TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, and within the spacious kitchen which has granite worktops, we have all the normal appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave, there is also a breakfast bar with bar stools. The shower room is off the hall and is marble throughout with a shower cubicle in glass, WC, & wash basin. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the Main Bedroom has an en-suite, again with marble throughout, it also has a Jacuzzi bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.

Our Apartment is in the Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos which has had, over the last few years, a major building programme and now there are many high quality complexes and shopping centres with upmarket bar and restaurants. Down in the old town, which is only a 10 minute walk, you have the traditional restaurants and bars overlooking the beach and harbour. From there you can walk along the new walkway all the way to Las Americas and past the Marina on to Fanabe, Adeje, and La Calleta stopping at any of the fantastic seafront eating and drinking establishments. There is a Taxi rank just 100yards from the apartment if you wish to go further or just want to get to you destination quicker. The Taxi’s are very reasonable and to Las America’s Shopping will cost around 5 euros. There is also an abundance of bus tours and free buses to the Aqua Park and Go-Karts etc.

It is not a package holiday area and may not suit those wanting noisy night life.
