Villa Caprichosa is a beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa situated on the hillside in Los Cristianos. This property has been furnished to the highest of standards and is full equipped for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a secure parking space leading into the villa with a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a laundry room with washing machine. There is the first of 3 bathrooms and a good sized lounge leading onto a private terrace with swimming pool looking down to Los Cristianos and the ocean. At the harbour there are several boat trips available. One of these will take you out to see the whales & dolphins in their natural environment, not to be missed, it’s fantastic. There is a fabulous water park with a free bus service. Within a 10-20 min. taxi ride are five championship golf courses. Tenerife is well served by buses which will get you around the island at very reasonable rates. Self drive car rental & taxis are readily available just outside your accommodation. This holiday has everything.

Los Diamantes 111: This is a small secluded complex within an easy walk of the town and beaches yet sufficiently distanced so as to avoid the noise from late nightclubs and bars. The complex has its own private swimming pool for your use. There is a large elevated terrace, equipped with padded sun lounger’s and shades, which is in full sun all day. The views from here are quite spectacular looking down over the Atlantic. There is a very friendly poolside bar serving hot food and snacks throughout the day. Also there is an on-site supermarket. An excellent selection of restaurants and bars are close by.

Access: We will try to be as flexible as possible as regards access times. However, when we have concurrent bookings, access to the accommodation will be from 3pm earliest. You will also need to vacate by 11am latest on your departure day. A safe place to leave your luggage can be provided. We will be happy to arrange your airport transfers if required.

It is located between the Castle Harbour and Paradise Park complexes, just a short down hill stroll to the seafont, not far from where the Sunday market takes place. Dinastia is conveniently located near to the new Commercial Centre where there is a spar supermarket for all your food and drink requirements. There is a good range of bars and restaurants close by to suit all tastes and a taxi rank is a few minutes walk away, yet it is still only approx 500m from the seafront and town centre. The location is ideally suited to those wanting the luxurious surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of Las Americas but in easy reach of the local amenities, there are many good quality restaurants nearby. The garden supports a generous sized heated pool with water feature, jet stream and jacuzzi which welcomes the sun all-day. A newly tiled patio, sun-lounge area also a lush looking green grass area. There is a solarium with pergola incorporating a barbeque, displaying spectacular views. Two of the three bathrooms boast a ceiling domed area for natural light. The dining furniture is a rustic, dark mahogany brown oak with matching contemporary high-backed leather chairs. A heat protective cover is supplied and must be used at all times. The new kitchen with seperate utility room contains a glass dining table with black leather chairs. A towel and linen changed is included mid-holiday, if required a maid full cleaning service is available at a small extra charge . The heated pool is equipped with a jet stream for those wishing to burn off the extra holiday pounds, it also gives the Jacuzzi effect for those who don’t. Los Cristianos has wonderful weather, 25-30 degrees in summer and 20 -25 degrees in winter. Its sheltered position means there is little rain or wind and also makes the beaches and bays safe and ideal for family holidays. The town has retained the charm of a typical Canarian fishing town and there is a range of boat trips daily to see the whales and dolphins or along the coast or to other islands. The town is mainly pedestrianised with dozens of bars, restaurants, shops and quaint streets to wander and it has idyllic golden sandy beaches with safe bathing and beautiful views. The apartment has sea and pool views and is situated in a quiet part of Los Cristianos only 500 metres from the seafront and 10 minutes walk from the town centre and main beaches. It is in the popular and quiet Victoria Court 1 complex which has 2 heated swimming pools, a poolside bar and is perfect for family holidays. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, all reasonably priced.

Local Amenities: Everything you need is at hand – good supermarkets, a range of bars, restaurants, car hire, boat and coach excursion, local bus travel. Car hire is not necessary. There is plenty to do for the children. The complex is very safe and well-managed with a lifeguard on hand during school holidays and an overnight security guard to give you peace of mind at night. The town centre and main beaches are only a ten minute walk away.

Local Activities on offer: Local activities on offer include golf, diving, surfing, walking, water-skiing, mountaineering, cycling, fishing, paragliding, ski-paragliding horse-riding, tennis, bowls, go-karting, quad-biking etc.

Golf: The area is very popular for winter golf. There are 5 golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the apartment, the nearest being only 1 mile away. Winter weather is superb for golf with lovely warm sunshine and comfortable fresh air and the surrounding scenery of mountains, sea and palm trees is breath-taking. It is possible to pre-book rounds of golf in advance via the internet. For non-golfing family or friends in the party the penthouse is ideal, as golfers can travel a short distance to play leaving the non-players free to lounge by the pool, on the terrace or on the beach. Most of the on-site golfing apartments are some distance away from beaches or towns, leaving non-golfers more isolated. At this centrally located penthouse everyone is happy!
