A self catering apartment on a private residential complex close to amenities
The Orlando complex has undergone a complete change over the last few years and is now in the main part a quiet residential complex, meaning most people here are not on holiday so there is always plenty of space in and around the 3 swimming pools. It is a gated community with a security guard on duty 24-7. Our apartment offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with accommodation comprising of a King size double beds in the bedroom and one single and one double sofabed in the lounge. Although the apartment is on the second floor the front door is at ground level giving easy access for buggies and wheel chairs with only one step between the street and the apartment entrance. This apartment has all the equipment you will need to make you’re stay comfortable with a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, DVD, CD, satellite TV, washing machine, Linen & towels, hob, Microwave/grill, Filter Coffee machine, Kettle and toaster.

Within walking distance of all local amenities including – beach, bars, restaurants, shops and banks. Local buses run regularly – bus stop 5 mins walk away. The nearest beach is Playa San Eugenio, which is short stroll from the complex, this leads to the main promenade with access to all beaches in Playa de las Americas. The complex has an outdoor pool with poolside bar, supermarket and restaurant. This is a very well kept complex which is well sought after by holidaymakers. Apartment has washing machine, microwave,TV/DVD/CD player – which has all 5 British channels. Linen and towels are provided, as is a hairdryer and plug adapters and a fully equipped kitchen area for making meals or snacks. The bedroom and lounge both have ceiling fans and the outside terrace has a table and 4 chairs for Al Fresco dining.
Linen and towels are changed once a week at no extra cost. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the living area has a sofa bed which sleeps 2. (Baby equipment available on request) The apartment is situated in a very secure complex and for added security the apartment has security gates fitted, there is also a safe in the apartment to store your valuables, such as currency, passports, jewelery etc. The outdoor pool was refurbished in 2007 to a very high standard. There are videos, DVDs, Cd’s and books provided for the guests and a information booklet with recommendations for bars and restaurants. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
