Beautifully furnished with fantastic sea views. This apartment located on Los Geranios, is superior to many on the complex. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Los Geranios offers a large kidney shaped swimming pool, and 24 hour reception. There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort.

The bedroom has twin beds with memory foam mattresses, fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and drawer space. The lounge has a large sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress. There is a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. Both the bedroom and the lounge have portable fans. The kitchen contains a 4 ring hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with small top box freezer, plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, sink, toilet and washing machine. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities close by.

Los Geranios is situated next to Puerto Colon Marina and Playa Torviscas. It is ideal for simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from para-gliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby Island of La Gomera ( a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering for everyone’s taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia Del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops to the left is the busy resort of Playa De Las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the area caters for just about every taste.
Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (25 Euros) per day plus £5 (7Euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.

There are a vast number of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and it is only a short stroll to Fanabe Beach and the main promenade where you can walk to Puerto Colon Marina or the exclusive resort of Bahia del Duque. The sun is on the balcony from dawn until dusk, one balcony overlooks the pool and the other has views of the Atlantic ocean. The complex with its huge sun terraces surrounded by gardens is well maintained. The swimming pool has a separate children’s pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside snack bar. There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme. The complex also has a restaurant which serves a buffet style breakfast and evening meal, a games lounge, supermarket, launderette and Internet stations (all incur additional charges). There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort.

We always meet our guests on arrival and there is a starter pack included. Internet access is also available at an extra 15 euros per week.

The apartment Windsor Park is located above the coast of Costa Adeje and offers a fantastic view about the whole coast and over the city of Playa de las Americas. You need only a few minutes by car to come to the nicest beaches of the coast. Just as well you are within 3 or 4 minutes in the pulsating city where are many discos, bars and restaurants – but in the apartment you can enjoy the silence. The apartment has new and light furnitures. The comfortable living-room offers a satellite-TV with flatscreen-TV. The kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary kitchen-things. Our guests can enjoy the sun at the two large pools. One of the pools is heated – that you can go swimming in winter, too. Nearby there is a small supermarket with an integrated bakery for getting bread in the morning. You can walk by feet to the market (2 minutes). Over the apartment, there is no other apartment, so nobody could disturb our guests.

1 Bed well furnished apartment sleeps 4. Altamira is a lovely apart hotel set on the quiet promenade next to the Bahia del Duque beach, considered to be the best on the island. This apartment itself enjoys a quiet location within the complex. This bright one bed apartment has cable TV, a good music centre and a video player. American fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and microwave all in very good condition, there is also a separate large fridge freezer. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people as it has a sofa bed. For security it also comes with built in safe, so come, relax and enjoy the tranquility that is Altamira.
