Ocean Park is centrally located in the popular San Eugenio area of Torviscas. Recently refurbished these 1 bed apartments are superior to many on the complex. The complex itself has two swimming pools both with children’s section, the large sun terraces and gardens are well maintained and there is also a poolside snack bar, serving drinks, breakfasts, snacks and meals from 9.30am until 8pm. The complex also has a supermarket at the entrance which sells just about everything you may require. There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute stroll away, and the aquapark and bi-weekly torvicas market are both only 15 minutes walk away. The new Siam Park is also within walking distance of about 20 minutes.

Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated on the south west coast of Tenerife. The sands of Playa del Duque are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and on the way you will pass numerous restaurants including Spanish, Chinese and French. The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, ‘English’ pubs and nightlife. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promenade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. There are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the nearest being the 18 hole course at Golf Costa Adeje.

It is a 10 minute stroll to the beach, the Puerto colon marina and the resort’s many attractions. It is a 20 minute stroll to the bi weekly Torviscas market held every Thursday and Saturday. This apartment has fantastic views and is a nicely furnished apartment. The bedroom comprises twin beds, bedside cabinets and fully fitted wardrobes with safe for guests to use. The bathroom has a sink , a bath with shower over and a wc. The lounge contains 2 sofas both which can be used as single sofa beds to accommodate 4 guests, there is also a 32′ wall mounted flat screen TV showing the 4 main UK channels. The kitchen comprises a full oven, 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with small top box freezer, toaster as well as plenty of pots pans, cutlery and crockery.

Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged an additional amount per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (25 euros) per day plus £5 (7euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
