Local Amenities: A taxi rank is situated across the road from the Royal Palm grounds. There are two supermarkets close to the apartment. One is small and is contained within The Beverley Hills Club. The other is larger, modern with a wide selection of groceries and wines and spirits and is situated opposite the Royal Palm Owners office. Above the larger of the two supermarkets is a semi open air restaurant serving local specialities and good steaks. A short stride up the hill will get you to the ‘Bella Roma’ Italian Restaurant where the steaks and pasta have been found to be delicious. Pub food and breakfasts are available at small bars close to Royal Palm as well as Chinese restaurants and takeaways. Car hire, money exchange and excursion booking are all to be found in the new shopping centre across the road from Royal Palm. The shopping centre benefits from an Irish Bar and English Tea rooms.
Continuous Improvement: We have recently installed a safety deposit box in the apartment (free to use) and we have listened to customer comments to improve things on the terrace. We have installed a full blind to give more privacy and installed new wrought iron work on the terrace to add security. This has allowed us to invest further in some high quality patio furniture including new table and four comfortable dining chairs as well as two comfortable relaxers in same style so you can sit comfortably on the terrace of an evening if the mood takes you. The terrace is lockable and this provides even greater security and more than that more peace of mind on an already safe complex. From APRIL 2010 the apartment will benefit from a brand new automatic washing machine to give a little more convenience to those guests who come over for longer stays.

The area is clean and very appealing to families and couples as it is relatively peaceful with stunning views of Los Cristianos and the Atlantic ocean. There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a newly built shopping centre close by as well as a taxi rank for those wishing to travel further afield. Royal Palm and the facilities in the immediate area mean you don’t really have to go elsewhere but a 10 minute walk will get you down to the beach or into Los Cristianos town centre where you will be met with an array of bars, restaurants and other facilities. The apartment is registered with the local tourist board and is managed by Royal Palm’s official letting agent. This ensures that you have total peace of mind – safe in the knowledge that if you have a problem you also have official local help at your immediate disposal as and when required.

Built in an Andalusian style with typical Spanish tiled roofs and ornate balustrades, Royal Palm is an extremely attractive complex with beautiful gardens of tropical plants. The complex has two swimming pools and a separate children’s pool, completely renovated in summer 06. Within a few minutes walk there are many lovely restaurants. Apartment No.68A Royal Palm has a great location with no stairs either from the road or to the pool, which is 20 metres away from the door. The taxi rank is directly across the road. No.68A has a semi-separate bedroom area with 2 single beds. The lounge area has a 3-seater settee, which folds down into a very good quality double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, TV with UK and Sky channels and a video. The apartment was recently refurbished throughout. We have a no smoking policy in the apartment.

Large self contained studio apartment, sleeps 2/3. This is a large self contained studio apartment with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the unspoilt island of La Gomera. Port Royale is a very well maintained and quiet complex making it more suitable for families and couples wanting a more relaxed holiday. There is a reception area and restaurant on site with a well stocked supermarket nearby. Our apartment is situated approximately 20mts from the swimming pool at pool level (see picture below). There is a selection of good quality bars & restaurants locally, with Los Cristianos seafront and harbour providing further quality restaurants/bar entertainment within a 15 minute stroll or catch the local free bus. Our apartment is well furnished with a double bed, a single bed & settee in lounge. This opens onto a large terrace. There is satellite TV, bathroom with shower over bath & washing machine. A fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. We are located within a 15 minute drive of the airport.

A very quite location, set in beautiful gardens, our studio is large, with a kitchen area, a sleeping area, and the lounge area, double doors to balcony. Furnished to a high standard, more as a second home to us rather than a ‘rental’.SO PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE Bright and airy, quality beds, sofa and all the little extras that make it a pleasant stay…why go on holiday to somewhere grotty! Refurbished completely by us, clean lines refreshing colours, effective lighting, ceiling fans,NEW FLAT SCREEN sat TV with BBC and ITV Utensils include toaster, kettle, George Foreman grill, as well as a built in full size oven. 4 ring hob. The complex is near Hollywood mirage, Beverly Hills cub and paradise park hotel, all of which have entertainment in the evenings. As this complex is quiet it means although it is near the town and beaches, it is up a hill, but a taxi from the front up is only 3 euros. For people who hire a car you can park outside the front door.
