Friendly Complex in Los Cristianos. Chipeque is situated in Los Cristianos and is opposite the Paradise Park Hotel and is in between Los Diamantes and The Beverly Hills. This area has become a self contained area having its own supermarkets and shops and ample restaurants from Mexican to Indian to Chinese to Spanish and Italian, all within a 5 minutes walk. This complex is low rise with ground floor apartments/studios then just one floor above these. The apartment had been refurbished to comfortable standard is first floor, no apartments above and comprises: Entrance to kitchen area with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils, breakfast bar with two stools. Living area with settee, coffee table, CD Player, TV with DVD, the TV received the complex satellite and this includes some English Channels, not BBC. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, sink with mirror over. Bedroom with twin beds, bedside table, dressing table with mirror, wardrobes. Hair-dryer and safe.

Refurbished studio facing the pool with balcony. Furnished and decorated to a comfortable and clean standard. TV currently receives the complex satellite and there are some English Channels. (Sky News – Some movie channels) – A DVD is also provided should you wish to take your own DVDs or play your CDS. The balcony has a patio set and chairs.
The complex has a lovely pool. Sunbeds and pads can be hired There a two washing machines on site should you require to wash your clothes. Should you need to keep in touch then a phone box is right outside the entrance and internet access is available within the reception area This lovely small friendly complex has seems so tremendous changes. All tour operators have gone and each apartment is privately owned.

Chipeque is situated opposite The Paradise Park Hotel and is nestled in between Los Diamantes and The Beverly Hills Club. The Passaralla Shopping centre which has a good Spar supermarket is just a 3 minutes walk away. Inside this shopping centre is a lovely Chinese Restaurant, one we can fully recommend, ideal for eating in or a takeaway. The shops that front the El Mirador Complex have lots of restaurants and bars… Indian, Chinese, Italian, Spanish and English Cuisine available. A walk into the town centre of Los Cristianos and you will see the new refurbished Plaza area. Lovely to sit and watch life go by, then just a short walk to the sea front to the new promenade walk way. The beaches are well maintained and Las Vistas is great to sunbathe on, however do watch the currents when swimming! Lots of little boutiques on Avenida de Suecia and prices are good.

The complex has a pool with terraces, bar and a restaurant.

There is an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, fridge ,cable TV,and ceiling fan. The terrace is a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a G&T. There are two swimming pools (one heated from October to March) & a small children’s pool – right outside the terrace. Royal Palm has a lifeguard on duty at the pools from 9:00am till 6:00pm.

The location of Royal Palm is excellent, only around 4 hours flying time from the UK and 15 minutes drive from the southern airport, so soon you will be sitting on your balcony enjoying a glass of Rioja or a crisp cold beer! There is someting for everone here shopping paradise is 10 minutes away. Seven golf courses to choose from. And for the children (although adults will enjoy to) trip to the newly opened Siam Aqua Park is highly recommended. The airport is a short taxi ride costing approx 20 euros.

All pillows are feather and there is a good supply of extra bedding if required.
