With 2 golf courses within walking distance and all weather bowling green situated right next door and within close proximity to the newly developed marina. There is good choice of restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walking distance. There are two supermarkets one which is adjacent to the complex. A 15 minute walk away is San Blas where you will find an array of boutiques good quality bars and restaurants, banks, doctor, chemist, large supermarket and internet cafe. There are plenty of taxis and a good bus service connecting to the larger towns of Los Christianos and Las Americas. The apartment is 100 yards away from the new sea front walk way leading to costal walks and the small fishing village of Los Abrigos where you will find excellent fish restaurants. Golf del Sur is a very quiet and relaxing resort.

If a sea view is important to you then these are the apartments that fit the bill! Situated right on the seafront and affording views of the Atlantic Ocean and the new marina. Our first clients saw whales swimming by from the balcony. Two minutes walk from the new sea front restaurants and one minute from shops and supermarket An easy transfer from Tenerife South airport-in less than half an hour you will be enjoying a drink on the balcony. Two minutes walk from new restaurants along this unspoilt sea front. I can arrange for you to be met on arrival at the airport and taken directly to your accommodation.

This one-bedroom apartment will sleep up to four people. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and high quality fittings. It has glass doors leading out onto the balcony. The lounge has TV, DVD and music centre. The settee converts into two single beds. Glass sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony where patio furniture is provided and the view from here is stunning. The kitchen area has full oven and hob together with a microwave. There is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, bath, wc, hand basin and bidet.
Local Information.: There is a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is located about 15 minute walk or a short bus hop away. There are additional bars and restaurants just outside the complex within 5 minute walk. The English supermarket ‘Best Buys’ is located opposite and very convenient .It is open 7 days a week. I recommend their own oven-baked baguettes. They carry a good range of fresh fruit and veg as well as newspapers and fresh milk. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is a popular local beach at La Tajita which is about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island.
Golf.: Golf del Sur boasts a 27 hole championship course which has hosted many international events. An attractive course with striking black sand bunkers and wide fairways lined with over 8000 palm trees. There is a special four-day course for beginners with coaching from the local experts. Additionally Amarilla Golf next door is an 18 hole course with some very challenging holes especially the par 3 with the sea as a fairway, forcing you to play over the ocean!

The new Marina is a very close by and the Aqua Marina restaurant opposite which i would recommend. There a many day trips to local attractions/events and are all well worth a try on your stay.There is a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, two supermarkets within walking distance. Located on the championship golf course of Golf Del Sur on the popular Sand Club complex, this high quality apartment is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. The apartment offers a twin bedroom with two double wardrobes and ample coat hangers. There are two double bed settees in the spacious lounge, which leads onto a private balcony. The fully fitted kitchen has all mod cons, including a washer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, microwave and sandwich toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The spacious pool area has plenty of sun beds. There is also a children’s pool. For the more adventurous, diving, paragliding, windsurfing, rock climbing are all available close, by together with golf courses, crown green bowling, go-karting and much more. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and bars. Car hire is not essential, but for those who like to explore this is an ideal base.
Access:- There are a few steps to access the apartment. Free English TV is now available in the apartment (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5). There is also a DVD player available for your use. There is a small collection of DVDs and CDs in the apartment or DVDs are available for hire locally. Alternatively bring your own choice of DVDs/CDs, with you if you prefer. There is also a small library of books. Please feel free to book swap. The apartment is non-smoking. Please use the balconies. On the balcony there is a table, 4 chairs and parasol, plus two loungers. On your day of departure we do not ask you to vacate the apartment early. You can stay in the apartment until you need to leave for the airport, so you can make the most of your holiday. There is free car parking immediately outside the apartment – very rare in Tenerife. Golf Del Sur is perfectly located in the south of the island of Tenerife, a 10 minute drive from the airport and the major resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas. Golf del Sur is a quieter, family orientated resort. If you are looking for nightclubs and beaches then Golf del Sur is not the place for you, although there are beaches and nightclubs a bus/taxi ride away in Playa de las Americas. Whatever you want from your holiday be it peace and tranquillity, lively nightclubs or beautiful scenery, golf or water sports, Tenerife has it all to offer. The apartment offers a high standard of accommodation in a quiet location.

Flights: Getting to Tenerife is easy with both charter and scheduled (Monarch Airlines, Ryan Air, Easy Jet) are available from airports all around the UK. Below are various airlines which fly to the island. We have regularly found return flights from £100 or less and these were not short notice last minute flights either. AS WE ARE FLEXIBLE ON CHANGEOVER DAYS WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHEAPER MIDWEEK FLIGHTS. Monarch Airlines – has a daily scheduled service with return flights. Resort Information: The resort of Golf Del Sur is built around the 27 hole Championship Golf Course, right on the coast. The Sand Club is just a couple of minutes away from the commercial centre – San Blas – where there is a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The Atlantic Ocean is close by and the coastal path is soon to link up with the marina at Amarilla Golf resort. At the nearby Wintergardens a championship bowling green and gymnasium are open to the public daily. The renowned area of Los Abrigos, with its excellent array of fish restaurants is a short walk across the beach away. El Medano is close by with all kinds of water sports available on the long sandy beach. The resort is on the local bus route, so getting about is cheap and easy. Taxis are easily available.

Sand Club Complex.: The complex is an attractive two storey complex, white walls and traditional terracotta tiled roof, The walkways through the complex are well lit and clean. The pool area is gated, ensuring only Sand Club guests use it. There is a large free-form pool with children’s splash pool. The area around the pool is spacious and there are free sunbeds for your use. In the apartment there is a cool-bag (ice packs in the freezer) to keep your poolside snacks and drinks cool. The complex is minutes away from the popular San Blas Commercial centre, with is array of bars and restaurants offering variety of cuisine to suit all tastes – traditional British, Italian, Spanish, Indian & Chinese. There are also Mexican and Japanese restaurants and more bars at the new marina Excursions can booked at reception or in the square. These include Jeep Safari, Scuba Diving, Quad Biking, Horse Riding and much more. There is also a Submarine Safari available at the new Marina.
Golf: There are two courses locally, the 27 hole Championship Course of Golf Del Sur (which is within walking distance) and the Amarilla Golf and Country Club, both open to visitors all the year round. Both provide full facilities including coaching sessions, driving range, golf shop, equipment and buggy hire. With 15 minutes drive there are two more Championship Courses, Playa de las Americas and Adeje. Amarilla Golf and Country Club also offers a 9 hole pitch and putt course and there is a further 9 hole course at Los Palos, just 10 minutes drive away.

Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, the island’s liveliest resorts are only a short taxi ride away, ideal if you wish to experience a memorable evening. Reina Sofia airport is approx 15 minutes drive. Taxi from the airport to Green Park Gold del Sur will cost approx 20 euros. Car hire is available to enable you enjoy all Tenerife has to offer. Buses and coach trips are also another way of seeing what Tenerife has to offer if you don’t fancy going it alone on the roads. Los Cristianos approx 15km away, Playa De Las Americas 20km away. Santa cruz approx 65km San Blas is a large commercial area on the Golf del Sur, providing banks, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarket, estate.
