San andres apartment on a 5 star resort Tenerife royal country club. Luxuriously appointed one bed apartment set on the resort of San Andres also known as the Royal Tenerife Country Club, very popular with golfers. The apartment is located on the 1st floor via a stairway. The large bedroom has either 2 single or a double bed and fitted wardrobes with the Jacuzzi bathroom en suite. The shower room leads off the hall. The balcony has patio furniture and space for you to sunbathe or enjoy the spectacular view over the fairway and out to sea. The lounge is furnished and has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, all knifes and forks, utensils, cups, iron and ironing board in fact everything to make this a home from home. Full bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Things on the san andres resort: San Andres is located amid the sweeping, lush fairways of the international 27-hole Golf del Sur course.On-site amenities include a tropical island snack bar in the centre of a vast swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and a gymnasium. Close by are a number of beaches, as well as good restaurants and some of the island’s most scenic villages. Car rental is recommended. Golf can be pre-booked prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Cafe Med This is a fantastic little bistro and we are luky to have such a good eatery on our door step, serving full English breakfasts right up to magnificent steaks on an evening, you can enjoy a cold beer whilst watching sky sports on one of the many plasma screens run by Polly and Eroll this place should not be missed. There are plenty of free sun beds around the pool area for your use and all beach towels are provided The complex has a full English supermarket selling all your favourite brands and books, wine, and bbq equipment.
Tours: To make your Tenerife experience complete their is nothing like a trip to the top of mount tiede or a trip in a real submarine, luckily my property is managed by the best management company on Tenerife who can organise all your excursions from the door step of the villa please call Nichola.
Air port transfers: I can organize you airport transfers from Tenerife south to the resort at a cost of €25 per person includes return trip. Please let me know at time of booking in order to arrange
Golf: We can offer all of our guests on San Andres a 10% discount on the green fees at Golf del Sur. For 18 holes from May to September this year the approximate cost is £35. The `sterling equivalent` will alter on the exchange rate at the time. During the high season – October to April the cost for 18 holes is €84 (Approx £58). All the rates are set by the Clubhouse. You can contact them on (0034) 922 73 81 70, fax (0034) 922 73 82 72. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take reservations on your behalf for Golf del Sur, however we can offer this facility for guests wishing to play Amarilla Golf. All we need from you is the name and handicap of the player and we organise this for you. You can even pay for the golf at our office and then you take a voucher to Amarilla Golf.

Golf del Sur is a pleasant mix of tourist and residential hotels, apartments and villas situated around a 27 hole PGA standard golf course. It has its own shopping and entertainment centre, San Blas, as well as many other shops, bars and restaurants throughout the area.

The complex is located to an array of bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities. Here we are pleased to offer a 1 bedroom apartment for rent. It comprises of 1 double bedroom, bathroom, American kitchen, lounge area, Fabulous terrace overlooking the garden area. On site facilities include heated pool, set amid lush exotic gardens, an excellent poolside restaurant, three bars and 24 hour reception services.

There are bedside lockers, double wardrobes with mirrors and 5 drawer chest and a chair in the corner. Next from the hall is the Dining area, which has a table with seating for 4 and on the right the kitchen with breakfast bar with Stools, all the appliances you need can be found here. The large family living room has a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa (sofa bed) and an occasional table, TV and lamp, a Radio with CD player is also provided.

The property is on the third floor of a modern newly-built block, with marbled floors and a large balcony with magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean. It faces south and has sunshine in the morning and early afternoon. The flat sleeps up to 4, as there is a large sofa-bed. It also has two communal pools overlooking the sea. The main attraction, of course are the golf courses. For golfers, a storage room can be provided for equipment. It has a small pebble beach, and is also is a short drive to the larger beaches of El Medano, Playas las Americas and Los Cristiano. It has shops nearby, and many fine dining restaurants and bars.
