Two bedroomed villa sleeping 6 on much demanded holiday complex. This privately owned villa is situated on one of the most popular resorts in Golf del Sur, Sunningdale Village. Tastefully furnished and spacious, it consists of large open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, twi twin bedrooms (one en-suite with terrace). There are two further large terraces with furnighre, one overlooking the swimming pool area, and the other to the front of the villa.
Sunningdale Village is a well run, organised time share resort with some private villas. Therefore you can expect only the best facilities. Large pool inlcuidng childrens area, poolsie bar, restaurant with live entertainment, supermarket on site, ample parking. This location is perfect for families, golfers and couples. The villa will sleep up to 6 for a supplement as there are two folding beds.

Short drive to aqua park, sky park, and other great entertainment venues. Spa facilities at Golf Plaza hotel close by. Green bowling available at Winter Gardens, also close by and lessons available on request. The village of Los Abrigos is ten mins walk along the promenade, where you can enjoy fresh caught fish and seafood at the variety of typical fish restaurants around the harbour. How civilised this is to eat Al Fresco and watch the magnificent sunsets! Los Abrigos also has a good market.

Located in the centre of Golf Del Sur, this 2 bedroom villa in Fairway Village, ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike,offers pleasant, safe and secluded surroundings and ots of greenery. The bungalow is simple, basic accommodation that sleeps 2/4 people, and is pleasantly furnished with plenty of space, with communal pools and the Oasis poolside bar being just a stones throw away. There are twin beds in both bedrooms,the larger has a large double fitted wardrobe with generous storage space for all visitors. Due to the LIMITED SPACE in the second bedroom, there is a only chest of drawers and some shelving. There are 3 swimming pools: one large one for the adults, a smaller children’s pool and one seawater pool right on the sea edge. There is a shingle beach nearby. The villa is ideal for golfers and is just minutes away from all amenities including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Local sports include, as the name suggests, golf, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, walking, horse riding, aqua park, trekking, swimming and bird watching.
