The complex benefits from CCTV security and secure access to all entrances. This superbly furnished apartment is finished to the highest standard and is situated at the front of the complex. The apartment is situated only a few yards from the very large walk in pool. The apartment benefits from its own, private, garden/terrace area which opens from the lounge and the master bedroom (which has an en-suite bathroom). The owners have ensured that the apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect in an apartment of this standard.
There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. There is also a travel cot available for guests with small children to use. The apartment also has 2 sun loungers and ‘wind out’ sun screens. The owners request that these screens are wound up at night and also when the wind picks up. The complex is situated just off the promenade between the Club Atlantis and the Club Tropical Jardine. The patio doors lead onto a spacious balcony which has both patio furniture and two sunloungers, enabling you to sit and relax watching the world go by whilst taking in the panoramic views and beautiful sunsets. The 5th bed is a fold up standard size single bed, which is kept in the utility room and can be pulled out when/if required. There is plenty of space in both bedrooms to use the single bed in. 2 beaches are a 5 minute walk past the Hotel Club Atlantis to our right or past the Hotel Tropical Jardine to our left, which also has the famous cliff top Beach Club. As our apartment is on the sea front you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the sea wall to either Los Christianos or El Duque, passing the many shops, bars and restaurants. When stocking up the fridge, we are a 5 minute walk from the local underground, airconditioned supermaket, which sells everything from shampoo to fresh meat and also wine, beer and spirits. As all the local amenities are very close by you have access to all of the island through your chosen mode of transport e.g car hire or bus trips to Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes, Puerto De La Cruz or inland villages etc. Both the water park and new Siam Water Park are a 10 minute walk or alternatively 3 minutes in a tax. There a numeous excellcent golf courses on the island with the closest only being 1 kilometre away.

Linen/Maid Service: Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned prior to arrival. The apartment is cleaned once a week but additional cleaning/bed linen and towels can be organised if required. Towels are not for pool use.

Hotel Panorama: The Panorama complex is maticulously maintained and spotless with a busy yet quiet swimming pool and sunloungers. The pool is heated from November – February. Padded cushions are available in our apartment but if you require more, they are available by the pool at a cost of 1.50 Euro per day, parasols are also available at the same cost. The poolside bar is open from 11.00am – 6.00pm each day, where drinks, hot meals, snacks and ice-creams can be purchased. The complex has its own restaurant as it offers half board facilities to there tour operators but it can also be used by other people staying on the complex, at a cost to you. The reception is manned 24 hours a day and they have there own security guard patrolling the complex during the night. As we are ideally situated, our complex is suitable for every age, both the young and old will find plenty to do whilst enjoying the tranquil setting. Shops, bars, quiet and lively within minutes, as is the beach and marina.

Accessibility: Although the complex is wheelchair/pram friendly and has a lift, unfortunately there are six steps to our front door, so would be unsuitable for an adult who is unable to walk.

The apartment is a true 2 bedroom apartment unlike some that have been converted. This means that the main bedroom leads directly on to the large terrace. The apartment consists of two bedroom the main has double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The is a second bathroom. The terrace, which looks directly over the pool, is ideal for lazing in the sun, while the large sun blind offers shade, keeping the apartment cool as well as providing a space for all your alfresco dining! Torviscas is located between Plays De Las Americas and Fanabe. It has a twice weekly market (Thursday and Saturday), and has a private marina called Puerto Colon, from which fishing and Whale/Dolphin watching trips depart. There are two clean fine sandy beaches within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is also Aquapark within 10 minute walk of the apartment and Siam park a short distance away, together with a Jungle Park adventure which the kids and adults will love. There are also 4 golf courses near by, each within a 10 minute car/taxi ride.

Mare Verde, which is situated in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Las Americas, is one of the most popular British resorts in Tenerife. The complex has a large central pool containing 5 stepped pools connected by means of a water slide and waterfalls. In addition there is also a large pool for serious swimmers and a toddlers’ pool. There is a restaurant, poolside snack/cocktail bar, laundrette and supermarket onsite. Reception is open from 8am till midnight and here you can purchase tickets to local attractions and excursions. It is possible to book tennis sessions and play pool in the reception area. Given its position and facilities it is easy to see why Mare Verde has remained a top destination for British holiday makers for so long. Playa Fanabe is the nearest beach, just a 5 minute walk away. The adjacent Torviscas Playa is less than 10 minutes away and is connected by a 5 mile promenade to all the main beaches along the Adeje coast. There is also a tropical bar.

Apartment is located in the Torviscas Fanabe area of Playa de las Americas in Tenerife. Just 5 minutes walk to the beaches and many restaurants and bars nearby.

Our apartment is situated in Phase I close to the main pool, which can be seen from both of the 2 balconies, one of which is off the master bedroom, the other off the living room. The apartment is an upper level, 2 bedroom, end of terrace maisonette. Each bedroom contains 2 single beds with ample cupboard and wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a glass sliding French window to a private balcony, which has a small rock garden on one side. The large living room has 2 single sofa beds, dining table and chairs, with TV, DVD player and CD/radio, this leads via a sliding French window to the main balcony. The kitchen is well equipped containing a 4 ring hob, oven with extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. We also provide an iron and ironing board for the use of our guests. The bathroom has bath with shower overhead, sink, WC and bidet.

The balconies face south and get the sun all day and though the pool can be seen, both balconies overlook a quiet garden area and each contain garden furniture. Our apartment is also well situated in that it is set well back from the surrounding roads and businesses on the perimeter of the complex, thus making it noticeably quieter at night. Across the road from Mare Verde are several restaurants and supermarkets, particularly recommended is El Classico. At 2 minutes walk from the southern end of the complex is the new Sky Park attraction centre. Motorway access to Mare Verde is easy. This makes Mare Verde an excellent base for those who wish to explore the island. It is possible to rent cars or exchange money at good rates as so many English and Spanish companies are in direct competition with one another.
