There are three terraces (37m2 total), two of which are not overlooked (equipped with tables, chairs and sun lounger’s) and the apartment has the benefit of the sun all day. It is ideally situated just a five minute walk from either the Puerto Colon Yacht Marina with its seafront terrace cafes and international restaurants or the beaches at Puerto Colon, Playa de Torviscas and Playa de Fañabé. This imaginatively designed complex has studios and apartments set around well maintained gardens and two swimming pools one of which is heated during the winter season and both with poolside bars. The complex also contains shops, supermarkets and a variety of bars and restaurants some of which offer evening entertainment.
