The lounge is furnished with two large suites, the raised dining area has a large dining table and chairs for entertaining, and a magnificent plasma TV. Moving upstairs is the fantastic master bedroom, bathroom, and private balcony as well as master ensuite. The views to the front are over the gardens and out to the sea. The bedroom contains a king size bed, there is also fitted wardrobes. The bathroom contains a vanity sink unit, wc and bath with shower over. A further 2 bedrooms contain one double bed and twin beds both with fitted wardrobes. Moving outside, there is a large terraced area and a garden with private pool. The gardens are set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow).

Rates: Prices are per week per property. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £100 security deposit is taken at the time of arrival to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of (25 euros) per clean plus (10 euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
