Much demanded villa with fantastic amenities for the whole family. The villa is in a quiet location a short walk into the village of Callao Salvaje. It has five bedrooms four of which are en-suite. We consider this to be the best rental villa in calleo salvaje that caters for all your family needs. The kitchen is spacious with oven, hob, mircowave, fridge/frezer, dishwasher etc. The large lounge/dining area leads off to balcony with views to the coast. Two bedrooms lead off the ground floor both en-suite. Downstairs we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom with patio doors leading on to the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors leading to the pool and bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom.

This executive villa is equipped to the highest standards to ensure a relaxing vacation. Activities: Casa Madreselva is in the heart of the village 2 minutes from a supermarket and ATM. Regular buses service the county town of Adeje with it’s unique Canarian flavour. Just 10 minutes walk away is the magnificent Bahia Del Duque beach, restaurant and shopping area. Underground car parking available. A newly created highly popular seafront walkway of 15km runs from La Caleta to Los Cristianos. The walk brings you past fine hotels, shops, a large marina, and many restaurants and bars. With it’s renowned seafood speciality restaurants, tapas bars and others people travel for miles to enjoy La Caleta. For naturists there are a number of beaches where this is totally accepted. Para-gliding activities are looked upon as being some of the best. The most popular area is in the mountains just above the villa. In suitable conditions the landing site is on the beach just a couple of minutes from the villa.
Access: Tenerife South airport is 20 minutes by car. Los Cristianos ferry port is 20 minutes. Ferries leave here for La Gomera. The nearby motorway TF1 gives easy access to the whole island. We have tried to make this villa child friendly. The steps to the pool are gated, we have stair gates that can be used, a cot, high chair at no charge. On the main floor level there is bedroom 3 which has king size bed, on this level is main entrance, main bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room which leads straight out onto terrace. Please note there are steps at front of the house and also steps down to the pool. Please contact us if you have pets. No smoking in the house but outside only please.

NO EXTRAS: We have tried to think of everything that any guests would need and want, including those with young children and babies. We do not charge any extras for anything! Air conditioning , heating, swimming pool heating, internet2 safes, linen, cleaning, pool towels, baby cot, baby stair guards high chair if needed all inclusive of weekly rental. We hate extras and are sure that other customers hate them to.

The local beach El Duque is a 5 min drive, this is the beach in front of the famous Bahia Del Duque hotel. The Adeje golf course is also a 5 min drive the playa las Americas golf course is also a 5 min drive with the golf de sur and Amarilla golf a 15 min drive. The new Siam park is a 5 min drive. Los Cristianos is a 10 min drive. Teide is about an hours drive as is Puerto and Santa Cruise.

The house is on 3 floors. The top floor comprises a large double bedroom with bay window & patio door to balcony overlooking the sea and pool. This faces south & west & so is perfect to enjoy the stunning views all day long. The second twin bedroom on this level faces the mountains . The large family bathroom is on the landing between these bedrooms. The middle floor is the main entrance to the house & has a utility room with washing machine ,a shower room & a large hall with fridge freezer. The kitchen with dishwasher oven microwave fridge etc opens into the living area with 3 piece suite TV video & Cd player & a dining table in a bay window overlooking the pool & sea. This room continues through a patio door onto the south facing balcony where there is a barbecue & table & chairs. The lowest floor comprises a twin bedroom & a another larger twin bedroom with large ensuite bathroom & door to swimming pool level.
Car hire is cheap for easy sight seeing and access to a wider range of restaurants. The sea front promenade goes on for miles for those who enjoy a walk. Playa de las Americas provides services and entertainment but the property is far enough out to be peaceful. Changeover day is flexible but Fridays preferred . Airport journey 1/2 hour. Beautiful three double bedroom penthouse with huge roof terrace. This beautiful apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is located in the Miraverde area of Costa Adeje, a short drive from the El Duque area which is known for its upmarket restaurants and shops. The apartment has 3 bedrooms but can sleep up to 8. Each of the 3 double bedrooms has fitted wardrobes, with a double sofa bed available in the living room . The roof terrace covers the area of the apartment, with sun all afternoon, and marvellous sea and mountain views. The lounge is tastefully furnished with TV, DVD and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine, washing machine and ironing facilities. Surroundings: Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated south of Tenerife. The beach of Playa del Duque is less than a five minute drive and on the way you will pass numerous shopping centres and restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese and French). The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, ‘English’ pubs and night-life. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promenade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. There are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the nearest being the 18 hole course at Golf Costa Adeje.

Within a five minute drive the area of El Duque boasts a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. El Duque and Fanabe beach are ideal for relaxing in the sun or you can take advantage of the many water sports on offer, from paragliding to water-skiing. Puerto Colon Marina is only a short walk away where you can enjoy many of the boat trips on offer including a trip to the nearby island of La Gomera (a walker’s paradise) or venture out to watch the pilot whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. The championship Adeje Golf course is nearby for those who enjoy a round or two. The new Siam Water Park is also closeby and is the largest water park in Europe.
