The Orlando complex has undergone a complete change over the last few years and is now in the main part a quiet residential complex, meaning most people here are not on holiday so there is always plenty of space in and around the 3 swimming pools. It is a gated community with a security guard on duty 24-7. Our apartment offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with accommodation comprising of a King size double beds in the bedroom and one single and one double sofabed in the lounge. Although the apartment is on the second floor the front door is at ground level giving easy access for buggies and wheel chairs with only one step between the street and the apartment entrance. This apartment has all the equipment you will need to make you’re stay comfortable with a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, DVD, CD, satellite TV, washing machine, Linen & towels, hob, Microwave/grill, Filter Coffee machine, Kettle and toaster.

The nearest beach is Playa San Eugenio, which is short stroll from the complex, this leads to the main promenade with access to all beaches in Playa de las Americas. The complex has an outdoor pool with poolside bar, supermarket and restaurant. This is a very well kept complex which is well sought after by holidaymakers. Apartment has washing machine, microwave,TV/DVD/CD player – which has all 5 British channels. TRANQUILITY. If you love the sun and the sea of Las Americas but loathe the noise and bustle then Altamira is the place for you. There is a much greater feeling of open space and peace at this end of Las Americas. Altamira is right on the seafront with a beach one minute away and the promenade is quiet – no jostling, pavement shops or timeshare touts. For the keen, the promenade walk can be enjoyed all the way to Los Cristianos on the opposite side of Las Americas. Puerto Colon / Costa Adeje is a very popular area for people of all ages. This apartment is approximately 350 meters walk to Puerto Colon beach and the many restaurants, bars (to suit all budgets) and shops this area has to offer. There are many excursions available from Puerto Colon including boat trips to see the whales and dolphins and deep sea fishing to name a few. Puerto Colon is also close to the more lively resort of Playa De Las Americas which has more lively bars and entertainment. A short walk along the coast from Puerto Colon will bring you to the Fañabe area of Costa Adeje. This region has a large sandy beach and is home to a range of exclusive bars and restaurants. The championship Costa Adeje Golf course is also near by. There are also many attractions for families which include crazy golf, trampolines and the 2 water parks in the area!

The sleeping area consists of two single beds and there is room for a cot. A cot can be requested at booking and will be provided free of charge, subject to availability. There is also a double wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. A ceiling fan is also fitted. Linen is changed on a weekly basis unless otherwise requested (10 Euros charge per person if before 7 days). Extra sheets are provided in the wardrobe.
