The living area amounts to around 120m2 and is spread over two floors. Playa de las Americas, or more briefly ‘Las Americas’ as it is called, is the tourist centre of the south of Tenerife and offers tourists as well as residents a wealth of shops, bars, pharmacies, doctors, banks and much more. There is a huge number of restaurants, from Mexican through Japanese to Greek – but of course also English as well as top-class Spanish restaurants. On the western coastal stretch of Las Americas the exclusive resort of Costa Adeje has been created during the last few years – and is named after a small place in the mountains. The authorities have permitted only 4 and 5 star resort developments – the most impressive and most expensive among them is the ‘Bahia del Duque’. It features in the ‘leading hotels of the world’ category and offers everything that the most discerning holidaymaker´s heart might desire.
