4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa, sleeps 6. Villa Caprichosa is a beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa situated on the hillside in Los Cristianos. This property has been furnished to the highest of standards and is full equipped for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a secure parking space leading into the villa with a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a laundry room with washing machine. There is the first of 3 bathrooms and a good sized lounge leading onto a private terrace with swimming pool looking down to Los Cristianos and the ocean. The terrace has ample space for a dining table with chairs for al fresco dining and plenty of sunbeds. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa also has air conditioning and Satellite TV. There is also a 4th bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed, a quiet space for reading.

Los Cristianos is a quaint fishing village with beautiful beaches and a harbour and bustling town centre packed with good restaurants and cafes. Situated in the south of the island close to the Siam Park and several golf courses and with sunshine 12 months of the year. Know as the Miami of Europe, this is an ideal holiday destination for all the family.
Villa Sienna sleeps 6 in luxurious surroundings, master bedroom full ensuite. This luxurious villa is set in an exclusive complex in Los Cristianos. Your privacy is assured as the entrance is by electric gate. Newly constructed to the highest standard. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an alfresco dining area and private pool (heating available). A garage is also at your disposal. The 4 bedrooms include a double master bedroom with full ensuite with bath & power shower, a twin room and 2 single rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor doors have all been widened and a wet room with rails is next to the ground floor bedroom. The luxurious lounge offers brown leather sitting for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with electrical appliances and has a dining area for 6. Air conditioning units are in the lounge & master bedrooms & the other rooms have ceiling fans. A second dining area is on the covered patio again for 6 with BBQ. 6 cushioned sun loungers and 3 parasols are sited around the pool & patio.

Built in an Andalusian style with typical Spanish tiled roofs and ornate balustrades, RP is an extremely attractive complex with beautiful gardens of tropical plants. The complex has two swimming pools and a children’s pool. Within a few minutes walk there are many lovely restaurants. Apartment No.1, Royal Palm is unique in its positioning overlooking gardens to the front. It has no stairs either from the road or to the pool and a taxi rank is directly across the road. No.1 has a bedroom with a kingsize and single bed as well as a wall mounted flatscreen TV with integral DVD. The lounge has a 3-seater settee, which folds down into a good quality double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, large TV with UK and Sky channels, DVD and has been recently refurbished throughout. We have a no smoking policy in the apartment.

You can relax and enjoy the comfort of this bright and airy apartment newly furnished in a modern style. It offers a fully fitted electric kitchen with a large washing machine, plus all modern appliances, including a safe, TV, Satellite, CD music system, DVD and wonderful pool views from the balcony. There are 2 heated pools, 1 for children and a poolside bar and restaurant, in the evening there is a security guard that paroles the complex from 11.pm to sunrise. From Victoria Court 1 the centre of Los Cristianos is about a 10 minute stroll, where you find many superb restaurants, bars and shops, etc, book early so not to be disappointed.

Very well appointed two bedroom apartment in quiet complex, with extra large terrace, wonderful sea views, heated swimming pool and excellent on site restaurant. Very well located for all amenities, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and it is only 15 minutes from the airport in a taxi. The terrace includes a large marble dining table, a double hammock, relaxed seating area, sunbeds, a barbecue area and a large parasol. The apartment includes a plasma TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and a large corner sofa. Please note that this apartment is ideally suited for 2 or 4 people staying, although there is an additional double sofa bed in the second bedroom that can sleep another 2 people if required. Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 23 deg C in winter months to 30 deg C in the summer.

This complex is 200 m from the promenade and 500mts from the beach and harbour. This spacious apartment is very tastefully furnished throughout, the lounge has new sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD, a well equipped kitchen including new oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a very large terrace which leads from the lounge and also from the master bedroom, which also has a second terrace overlooking the large swimming pool (heated in winter), sunbathing terraces and gardens of the complex. We have furnished the apartment to high standard, hoping to attract people who appreciate quality; the lounge and dining room are in a large open plan area which leads onto a sizeable balcony where you can enjoy the Canary sunshine from before mid-day until sunset. The property in on the third floor and enjoys breathtaking views to the sea. Within the lounge we have a TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, and within the spacious kitchen which has granite worktops, we have all the normal appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave, there is also a breakfast bar with bar stools. The shower room is off the hall and is marble throughout with a shower cubicle in glass, WC, & wash basin. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the Main Bedroom has an en-suite, again with marble throughout, it also has a Jacuzzi bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.
