This is a 4 star front line resort located overlooking Puerto Colon Marina. These apartments are superior to many on the complex. The complex with its large sun terrace is surrounded by gardens and is well maintained. There are 3 swimming pools with a separate children’s pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside snack bar. There is also a self service launderette and beauty salon on site (all incur additional charges). There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort.

This one bedroomed apartment is superior to many. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with twin beds in the bedroom and a large sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress in the lounge. The balcony does not have a sea or pool view but it does benefit from having sun all day long. It is well furnished with a patio table and chairs and recliner loungers all with padded cushions for relaxing. The lounge area is well equipped with TV and DVD. The kitchen contains a 2 ring hob, microwave oven, fridge with top box freezer, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom has twin beds, bedside chest of drawers, fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Hangers are also provided. The lounge contains a double sofa bed with a proper sprung base and separate mattress. Both the bedroom and lounge have portable fans.
Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit will be taken on arrival to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (21 Euros) per day plus £5 (7 Euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
