The complex benefits from CCTV security and secure access to all entrances. This superbly furnished apartment is finished to the highest standard and is situated at the side of the complex and has views of Mount Teide. The apartment benefits from a large private patio area, which opens from the lounge and the bedroom. Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated on the south west coast of Tenerife. The sands of Playa del Duque are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and on the way you will pass numerous restaurants including Spanish, Chinese and French. The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, ‘English’ pubs and nightlife. 1 bed apartment to sleep 4 adults + 1 child overlooking the sea and pool. Newly refurbished apartment and resort, kept very clean and tidy with beautiful swimming pools; suitable for family holidays, easily accessible to family bars and the main Fanabe beach and Puerto Colon marina and bay.
The apartment is sited on a hill and is available by steps or a slope and lift. It is available for use with a wheelchair but I would suggest a motor if hills are difficult. Shops and bars are available without having to go down the hill, but the pool area is down a small hill and further bars and the beach are down hill. Ideal for pushchair use as no steps have to be used. Two Sunbeds are available on the balcony fur use at the apartment – further sunbeds are available free of charge around the pool areas. During busy periods a lifeguard is on duty on the pool. Security is good on the complex, security guards are on 24hr duty and regularly patrol the complex – access is by gate key only, someone will meet you at the gate with keys if I have not provided the keys. The apartment will have been cleaned and fresh towels and linen provided – if you are staying for 2 weeks or more then towels and linen will be provided on a weekly basis. A local phone no. is provided for any problem.

A quiet family friendly resort within walking distance of Beach and family bars, water park and 10mins from new Siam Park.
