The location is excellent for travelling to other parts of the island as it is close to the motorway yet only a few minutes from the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Close to the finca is to be found one of the best restaurants in the area. Although the origins of the finca dates to the XV1th century, the house itself dates back to the early XX th century. It is an elegant house with large rooms which have been carefully maintained. Mainly traditional furniture. The tropical gardens are a special feature with charming and secluded corners where one can relax with a book or merely admire the scenery. For the more energetic there are tennis courts, a 12 x 7 metre swimming pool and a sauna all set in lush vegetation with fruit trees. These facilities are shared amongst the 4 houses. The “Casa Coqueta” measuring 150 sq.metres has direct access to the heated pool. The finca has a private taxi. A car is not essential, as there is a bus stop 50 metres from the house.

The bathroom is bright and airy, it has a large window which is frosted. A toilet and sink that has a marble surround and a big cupboard underneath to store your personal items. The bath is a full size and has a powerful shower inside. A wall hair dryer and shaver point are also there for your use. The bathroom is part tiles and part painted. Colourful towels help make the bathroom even more bright and cheerful. The main bedroom is very large and light with a double bed with nice fresh cotton bedding, duvet and pillows that are anti-allergenic; the colours of the bedrooms have been chosen to look peaceful and pretty at the same time. As the room is so large we have put in wall to wall wardrobes with plenty of space for all your belongings and plenty of coat hangers. A large window goes right along the wall so let’s in loads of light and we have had blinds made especially that coordinate with the colour of the room. A large wall mirror and a hand painted water colour on the wall give a homely feel. We have also added a clock so that you don´t miss your plane. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and also a wall to wall wardrobe as it is a good sized room as well. A large long window with blinds that are colour coordinated with the bedding and decoration of the room. The bedding as well is in cotton and anti -allergenic duvet and pillows. The night table is in wood as are the beds. NON SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENT, BUT SMOKING PERMITTED OUTSIDE ON TERRACE. SWIMMING POOL IS HEATED WHEN REQUIRED FOR PART OF THE YEAR.

The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and shower, for those tired muscles after your flight here and just to make yourself feel good and pampered. Tiled to the ceiling with pretty tiles and a nice big sink with marble top, to leave your cosmetics or shaving things. There is a cupboard out of reach of little ones to put things that are safer up high. The Finca is located dreamful and silent in the green north of Tenerife with an area of ca. 2 ha. It presents a panoramic view to the Atlantic and over the whole coast to Puerto de la Cruz. In the tropical garden the guests have the chance to harvest daily fresh oranges, bananas (spanish: platanos) and fruits for the breakfast, for example to compress your own juice. The well known beaches Socorro and Punta Brava are 2,5 km away. Nearby there are many sporting activities – you can play golf, tennis and hike. The worlds biggest animal-parc – the Loro Parque – is in Puerto de la Cruz. The climate is the whole year mild and warm

This lovely studio apartment is on the top floor of a 3 floor building in a complex known as Parque Tajinaste, located in the residential area of La Paz, in Puerto de la Cruz with wonderful views of the sea, of Mount Teide, of the surrounding Orotava Valley and of the gardens and swimming pool of the complex. It consists of one large room (40 sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. A bedroom area with twin beds and a sofa bed and a large fully fitted wardrobe.
