Detached villa in South Tenerife with large private pool (10.2 x 4.5 metres). This holiday villa is larger than the average holiday self-catering villa and is a home from home. Three spacious bedrooms and the master bedroom boasts a Super King size bed. A walk in wardrobe, luxurious en suite bathroom complete with vanity basin and corner Jacuzzi bath. The villa has two further bedrooms – one with a double bed and built in wardrobes and the other bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes. In between these two spacious bedrooms there is a modern shower room with corner shower, toilet and basin with vanity unit. For all your self-catering needs there is a separate fully fitted kitchen kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The holiday villa is situated in a lovely green oasis in a quiet location but within a 10 minute drive of the beaches and resorts of Los Cristianos or Playa las Americas, Tenerife. Guests book again and again.

The villa is situated at La Florida between the two Tenerife villages of La Camella and Valle San Lorezo. Los Cristanos is the nearest resort and is about a 10 minute drive away and Playa las Americas approximately 12 minutes away. You are away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts while being close enough to enjoy all the facilities. Valle San Lorenzo is only a half a mile, easy walk away, and boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and bars and includes bakeries which bake fresh bread daily. A car is recommended but there is an hourly bus service to Los Cristianos from the end of the road. If you get fed up with your own private pool at the villa The La Florida tennis club is only a 2 minute walk away where you can enjoy a drink around by the pool or if more energetic a swim or a game of tennis. The villa was our home for 8 years is much larger than the usual ‘holiday let’ villas around. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) this spacious villa sleeps 6.
Villa in Tenerife, private pool and quiet location: The villa is for the more discerning guests who wish to get away from the tourist area but still be in close proximity of all facilities. La Florida (so named for the lush palm trees) is an oasis situated between the Tenerife villages of La Camella and Valle San Lorenzo but still only a 10 minute drive to the sandy beaches of Los Cristianos or Playa las Americas. With lush gardens and a good sized (larger than usual)10.2 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool (solar cover to heat water in winter months) and patio area with sun beds and patio furniture. The garden boasts some fruit trees and there are usually lemons on the tree most of the year. There is also a small herb garden for those who wish to cook. There is a book shelf full of books for you to read. I just ask if you need to take one home you replace with another. The dining table extends to sit 6 with ease. Your own home from home: This villa was our home so is larger than the usual holiday villa in Tenerife. The spacious lounge/dining room has satellite television and channels, which include BB1, ITV, BBC2 and Channel 4. There is also a DVD player. The large patio doors open straight onto the patio so you have views of your private pool and the sea. The dining table extends to seat six. There is a portable Industrial Fan for use around the villa for those warmer days. The property is surrounded by high Spanish walls making your stay secluded. This is my own villa and is only available to couples and families. The view from the patio area is of the sea and the mountains. A car is recommended – there is a hourly bus service from the end of the road to Los Cristianos. I can hold the villa for a few days for guests to source flights and then I ask for a 10% non returnable deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the holiday. Nearby attractions: The La Florida Tennis and Country Club is just a 2 minute walk away where you can enjoy a drink or two. Ideal to visit for lunch as they offer very reasonably priced food and drink. Free use of the facilites – you only pay if you wish to use a tennis court.The villages of La Camella and Valle San Lorenzo are close by and offers a choice of local bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, internet cafes and several renowned restaurants offering a variety of food for all tastes. A folder in the villa gives suggestions. The village of Valle San Lorenzo is an easy half mile walk and has bakeries offering fresh bread daily as well as everything else you could need. The Ecological Park is just a short drive away. A choice of sandy beaches within about a 10 minute drive. Impressive Mount Teide – spend the day and drive down to the other side of the island for completely different scenery. Ecological Park just 5 minutes away. The new Siam Park is just 10 minutes drive away.
Golf: Within 20 minute drive of 6 excellent golf courses including, Golf del Sur – 18 hole – championship course Amarillo Golf – 18 hole – a demanding course Los Palos – a 9 hole friendly course Playa las Americas Golf – a farily new 18 hole course in the main resort Adeje Golf Course – a 18 hole course just outside Playa Fanabe Abamo Golf – 18 hole course at the five star hotel There are courses for all capabilities. 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa, sleeps 6. Villa Caprichosa is a beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa situated on the hillside in Los Cristianos. This property has been furnished to the highest of standards and is full equipped for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a secure parking space leading into the villa with a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a laundry room with washing machine. There is the first of 3 bathrooms and a good sized lounge leading onto a private terrace with swimming pool looking down to Los Cristianos and the ocean. The terrace has ample space for a dining table with chairs for al fresco dining and plenty of sunbeds. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa also has air conditioning and Satellite TV. There is also a 4th bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed, a quiet space for reading.
Villa Sienna sleeps 6 in luxurious surroundings, master bedroom full ensuite. This luxurious villa is set in an exclusive complex in Los Cristianos. Your privacy is assured as the entrance is by electric gate. Newly constructed to the highest standard. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an alfresco dining area and private pool (heating available). A garage is also at your disposal. The 4 bedrooms include a double master bedroom with full ensuite with bath & power shower, a twin room and 2 single rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The ground floor doors have all been widened and a wet room with rails is next to the ground floor bedroom. The luxurious lounge offers brown leather sitting for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with electrical appliances and has a dining area for 6. Air conditioning units are in the lounge & master bedrooms & the other rooms have ceiling fans. A second dining area is on the covered patio again for 6 with BBQ. 6 cushioned sun loungers and 3 parasols are sited around the pool & patio.
1 bedroom with kingsize and single bed. Double Bed settee in lounge, 1 bathroom. Royal Palm is considered by many to be the most prestigious apartment complex in Los Cristianos. Built in an Andalusian style with typical Spanish tiled roofs and ornate balustrades, RP is an extremely attractive complex with beautiful gardens of tropical plants. The complex has two swimming pools and a children’s pool. Within a few minutes walk there are many lovely restaurants. Apartment No.1, Royal Palm is unique in its positioning overlooking gardens to the front. It has no stairs either from the road or to the pool and a taxi rank is directly across the road. No.1 has a bedroom with a kingsize and single bed as well as a wall mounted flatscreen TV with integral DVD. The lounge has a 3-seater settee, which folds down into a good quality double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, large TV with UK and Sky channels, DVD and has been recently refurbished throughout. We have a no smoking policy in the apartment.

Located in a sought-after complex of Los Cristianos, this superbly appointed ground floor apartment has all the features required of luxury accommodation together with a unique outdoor patio and garden area that provides easy access to and from the complex. The apartment is well laid out with a large American-style kitchen leading to a lounge which then opens onto the patio. The bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes and storage space. Outside, you can choose from 2 pools or you might prefer to relax on the extensive patio area and enjoy the Tenerife sun at your leisure.

You can relax and enjoy the comfort of this bright and airy apartment newly furnished in a modern style. It offers a fully fitted electric kitchen with a large washing machine, plus all modern appliances, including a safe, TV, Satellite, CD music system, DVD and wonderful pool views from the balcony. There are 2 heated pools, 1 for children and a poolside bar and restaurant, in the evening there is a security guard that paroles the complex from 11.pm to sunrise. From Victoria Court 1 the centre of Los Cristianos is about a 10 minute stroll, where you find many superb restaurants, bars and shops, etc, book early so not to be disappointed.

Very well appointed two bedroom apartment in quiet complex, with extra large terrace, wonderful sea views, heated swimming pool and excellent on site restaurant. Very well located for all amenities, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and it is only 15 minutes from the airport in a taxi. The terrace includes a large marble dining table, a double hammock, relaxed seating area, sunbeds, a barbecue area and a large parasol. The apartment includes a plasma TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and a large corner sofa. Please note that this apartment is ideally suited for 2 or 4 people staying, although there is an additional double sofa bed in the second bedroom that can sleep another 2 people if required. Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 23 deg C in winter months to 30 deg C in the summer.

This is an excellent privately owned 2 bedroom penthouse apartment (3 floors) on the very friendly and well maintained complex of Victoria Court 2. This complex is 200 m from the promenade and 500mts from the beach and harbour. This spacious apartment is very tastefully furnished throughout, the lounge has new sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD, a well equipped kitchen including new oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a very large terrace which leads from the lounge and also from the master bedroom, which also has a second terrace overlooking the large swimming pool (heated in winter), sunbathing terraces and gardens of the complex. Victoria Court 2 is suitable for families and couples wanting a relaxing holiday and everything they need within easy walking distance.
2 bedrooms, 1 with large en-suite, 1 shower room, sleeps up to 6 people. Our apartment is situated in a prime location within the stunning new ‘Dinastia’ complex in Los Cristianos. We have furnished the apartment to high standard, hoping to attract people who appreciate quality; the lounge and dining room are in a large open plan area which leads onto a sizeable balcony where you can enjoy the Canary sunshine from before mid-day until sunset. The property in on the third floor and enjoys breathtaking views to the sea. Within the lounge we have a TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, and within the spacious kitchen which has granite worktops, we have all the normal appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave, there is also a breakfast bar with bar stools. The shower room is off the hall and is marble throughout with a shower cubicle in glass, WC, & wash basin. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the Main Bedroom has an en-suite, again with marble throughout, it also has a Jacuzzi bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.
