villa in tenerifeThis new, exclusive holiday property is wonderfully located, only about 200 m from the rocky Atlantic coast. It features two houses, semi-detached, in country house style which are let together only, and not individually. Effectively, they are a principal house and a cottage. The main house has a living space of about 170 m² and was constructed on a property of about 1,100 m². There is a large sitting room with dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, several terraces and a pool. In the cottage there is a further fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The sitting room has a comfortable suite as well as a television set. The TV is connected to a satellite service and receives major international television and radio channels in digital quality. In two bedrooms there are large and comfortable double beds and in two others, single beds; all beds have comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances.

Between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos lies the “Finca Las Sorribas” just at the edge of a small village. You are surrounded there by banana plantations and vineyards. The peacefulness is quite remarkable, owing to the lack of traffic or other noise. From there, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Atlantic and towards the magnificent El Teide (3,718 m), which is even covered with snow in Winter. There is, therefore, a marvellous panorama, which is absolutely fascinating. By car, it takes just a few minutes to drop down to the coast to go fishing, or swimming in a natural sea water pool. Other beaches and/or swimming pools are also just a few minutes drive away, in San Juan de la Rambla and San Marcos. The small beach at ‘Playa San Marcos’ is little known by foreign tourists and lies in a bay below low cliffs.

The price per day for 2 people is €120. Each additional person aged 13 years or over is charged € 10, under 13s are charged € 5 per day. Final cleaning costs are charged as one extra day’s rent. If the internet connection is used, € 10 is charged for each week or part thereof.

villa in tenerifeBungalow 1 is a free standing house in absolutely calm situation with recovery and peace and a charming garden. There is a living room for cosy evenings, too. Equipped with German-Spanish television. One decay furnished kitchen with everything that one needs: Coffee machine, juice press, toaster, mixer are present according to standard in all our objects, just like washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the North de la Cruz and Icod de Vinos the small village Buen Paso is appropriate for the island loosely between Puerto. On a promontory, about 90 m over the sea level, there is the Finca “La Gaviota” with their Bungalows and apartments.

Also apartment 2 has a terrace and a size of approx. 53 square meters. A washing machine is available. In the apartment you find besides an iron and an ironing board. Here we have 2 bedrooms, of which one has no window to the outside. The pool, which is directly in front of the apartment, is equipped with tables and chairs as well as sun couches. Also a grill is available. Leave themselves be catched from the panoramic view over the sea and the mountains with the magic El Teide charms. The kitchen is equipped with all comfort: Refrigerator with freezing function, toaster, coffee machine, juice press and more.

Apartment 3 has a terrace, with a wonderful view to the Atlantic. Also one can enjoy the surrounding country and the still original place above here. What gives it more beautiful than watching in the the sunset over the sea in the evening with a glass of good wine? This vacation home is somewhat smaller with approx. 45 of square meter surface than the other apartments. The room layout as well as the equipment is according apartment 2 and has this dwelling German television and a radio/tape deck.

To the beach Playa San Marcos are it only 10 minutes, also we have a golf course in only 16 km distance, which is called one the best in Spain.

Water sports: Gladly you can ride along also with the owner on its boat for fishing and diving or for whale Delfin observation. There are diving schools in Alcala, lot Gigantes, Playa San Juan hotel maritime, lot silo and still many more. To high sea-fishing rods the owner drives at least once in the month on the sea out.

The Finca is partly left in its natural state with a semi-natural garden with fruit trees of different kinds, many avocado trees, a small banana plantation – all organically grown – palm trees, stone pines and hoop pines, tabaibas and flowers in a pond. The large size of the apartments is especially suited when you travel with several people. They are located in the lower area of the Finca and offer plenty of space for up to 6 people with approx. 100 m² and three rooms. The apartments consist of two levels. On the upper level there is a large living room with satellite TV, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which offers everything you could possibly wish for in a kitchen. On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms, with double bed and twin beds respectively. Both apartments offer 2 large terraces, one upstairs and the second downstairs with direct access from both bedrooms. Finca El Rincón is located north of Tenerife, in the Orotava Valley, which Humboldt once called the most beautiful of the world, with, in the back, the Teide mountains (3718 m), an extinct volcano, the highest mountain of Spain. Rincón means quiet corner. This is the place where you can still enjoy peace and quietness. There is no car and no factory from here to America; you can breathe deeply and enjoy the quality of the air. And yet, Puerto de la Cruz is only half an hour away by foot, on a beautiful trail, close to the sea. By car, it is only 10 minutes away. There is also a bus stop close-by and taxis are cheap.

The rates indicated apply for up to 2 people. Every other person, regardless the age or accommodation, is charged € 10 per night. For additional charges, we add a one-night rate. e.g. For final cleaning and electricity, we will apply the lowest rate. During Easter (from Monday before Easter Monday) and Christmas/New Year (applies from 24.12. – 06.01) the rental rate per night is € 89. We offer discounts for long term rentals from 3 weeks on: 5 % off the total length of stay. Maximum stay is 45 nights, without exception. Check-in at the Finca are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Changes of reservation will be charged an extra € 50 each. Rates include water (warm), light, electricity, gas for cooking, linen, towels (not for the beach), cleaning (no washing up) and change of linen once a week. Additional cleaning as well as laundry and shopping service (not provided by the Finca, subject to availability) are charged separately. In case you would like to rent a car we would be pleased to take care of the details. For a faster handover of the car at the airport, we need your flight information, your date of birth and the driving licence number. If desired we can organise a direct transfer from the airport to the Finca. From the Airport North the cost is € 35 and from Airport South it is € 70.

We offer weekly cleaning (except for the dishes) and change of hand towels and linen. We can offer fresh bread almost every morning as well as shopping and laundry service. A bar and 2 restaurants are only a short walk away. There is a kiosk at the beach which offers beverages and snacks. You can walk to Puerto once or twice a week, do your shopping and return by taxi (inexpensive).
