A privately owned spacious studio apartment on the 4th floor of the popular and well maintained complex of Green Park, Golf del Sur, which is 10 minutes from airport and 10km from the lively resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The studio has recently been renovated to very high standard having new bathroom and kitchen, with all new furniture and electrical appliances including microwave, T.V. cd/radio/cassette player & cd’s. The studio boasts double bed and dressing table in curtained alcove, with sofa converting to double bed, and metal folding bed stored under double bed. The apartment has beautiful sea and pool views. This studio is perfect for two people sharing but can also sleep a family of four. The resort has 24 hour reception, three pools with plenty of sunbeds, tennis courts, pool tables, on-site bars and restaurants with good food and live entertainment, supermarket and launderette, and is close to several golf courses.

General:: The Apartment has recently been refurbished and has new two ring hob with extractor and microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron, fridge, pans, crockery etc. Newly re-fitted bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with overhead shower. New tiling to walls and floor. Apartment has now been re-furnished with sofa which converts to single bed, metal framed bed and mattress stored under double bed, armchair, sideboard, coffee table and T.V, cd/radio/cassette player and cd’s. Patio table and chairs. Double bed, bedside cabinet and dressing table set into recess, which can be curtained off for privacy. Towels and bed linen changed weekly. Balcony with table and four chairs enjoying great views of sea and swimming pools.
Environs:: Golf del Sur’s championship golf course is only a few minutes’ walk. San Blas Commercial Centre is approximately 25 minutes’ stroll where lots of bars and restaurants offer excellent food to suit all tastes and several offer live entertainment every night! Los Abrigos, a small fishing village famous for its fresh fish restaurants is situated near to Commercial Centre just across the beach. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, the island’s liveliest resorts are only a short taxi ride away, ideal if you wish to experience a memorable evening. Car hire is not necessary to enjoy your holiday in this resort.
The apartment is privately owned and the complex is run by a community, therefore the owner cannot be held responsible should any of the facilities on the complex be unavailable at the time of your stay.
