Sea facing balcony overlooking the three pools and gardens. The apartment is on the second floor which is serviced by lifts and stairs. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, 4 piece bathroom suite with shower over bath, alcove with 2 single beds and pull across curtains. The lounge is separated from the bedroom area by a sliding door where a double bed settee, dining table and three arm chairs, TV, DVD player, CD/tape/radio player, with a selection of DVDs, CDs/tapes and books, towels and linen provided on arrival. Large balcony has table and chairs, small freezer, a light, small corner garden and washing hanger. The apartment has just been re-decorated.
This apartment is ideal for 2 persons sharing or a small family of 4. The privately run complex has lifts to all floors, with wheelchair/pushchair ramps at the complex entrance/exits. The largest of the pools is slopped for ease of access into the water. e complex has a peaceful gardens to sit in, 3 swimming pools these include a toddler pool For a bit of a pamper, ‘Atlantic Spa! located across the complex behind the tennis court. Great Restaurants and bars with entertainment can also be found on the complex asw well as in and around Golf Del Sur. Internet access from Legends on the complex or Dandee O’Donnells Irish bar located across the road from the complex next to the convenience store. Taxi rank (all taxis are metered and run on a tariff ) and bus stop located just outside the complex on the main road. All within easy reach and just a few minutes walk of the complex. Golf Del Sur 27 hole golf course is a short 150 yard walk.

Approx a 10 minute walk to the coast and a coastal path leading to the resort of Los Abrigos. A small natural black sand beach is available near the marina. White sand beaches can be found at Los Cristianos, approx 15 minute drive. For Windsurfing lovers El Medano is approx 10 minutes away. La Tejita has one of the best nearby beach. Reina Sofia airport is approx 15 minutes drive. Taxi from the airport to Green Park Gold del Sur will cost approx 20 euros. Car hire is available to enable you enjoy all Tenerife has to offer. Buses and coach trips are also another way of seeing what Tenerife has to offer if you don’t fancy going it alone on the roads. Los Cristianos approx 15km away, Playa De Las Americas 20km away. Santa cruz approx 65km San Blas is a large commercial area on the Golf del Sur, providing banks, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarket, estate.
