The house belongs to the superiour holiday villas because of its excellent exposure above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive interior and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The house has a private pool and private garden. On the ground-floor there is the living-room with an american kitchen, a separate dining-room-area and a toilet. Upstairs there are the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower, a bathtub, mirror cabinet and a hair-dryer. One bedroom has an own balcony with a fantastic ocean-view over the atlantic and to the neighboor-island La Gomera. The living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV´s with digital satellite programs. Wireless LAN for using the internet is gratis available. More details: washing-machine, laundry dryer, underground garage direct in the house, JURA coffee-machine, toaster, microwave, barbecue, dishwasher, DVD.

The villa is located upside of the Costa Adeje with a wonderful view over the whole coast and over Playa de las Americas. While viewing above the Atlantic, you can see casually also the neighboor-island La Gomera. In the evenings you have a fantastic view over the sea of lights from the city. But also the view to upstairs is it worth: You can enjoy the panorama over the mountains to the Roque del Conde. The location is quiet and although central, because you can get in a few minutes with the car to all beaches of the Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Also to the pictoresque harbor of Los Cristianos is not far away. A new attraction is the SIAM-Parc and the Aqua-Parc Octopus. Shopping facilities are also nearby. Las Americas is the tourist center from Tenerife with scores of restaurants, bars, bancs and sports activities. The climate is mild all over the year.
