1 Bedroom apartment, sleeps 4. Sol Sun Beach is a front line resort located alongside the sea right on Fanabe beach. Recently refurbished these 1 bed apartments are superior to many on the complex. The sun is on the balcony from dawn until dusk, one balcony overlooks the pool and the other has views of the Atlantic ocean. The complex with its huge sun terraces surrounded by gardens is well maintained. The swimming pool has a separate children’s pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside snack bar. There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme. The complex also has a restaurant which serves a buffet style breakfast and evening meal, a games lounge, supermarket, launderette and Internet stations (all incur additional charges). There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort.

This apartment is superior to many on the complex. It has a completely refurbished bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink with vanity unit and bath with a shower over. The bedroom contains twin beds, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table and stool. The triple built in mirrored wardrobes give plenty of space for hanging clothes there are also plenty of hangers. There is also a hairdryer for guests to use and a safe for keeping your valuables locked away. The lounge contains a double sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress, it also contains a TV which receives mainly Spanish channels but there are some sports channels and news channels in english. There is also a DVD player which plays both Cd’s and DVDs and there is a number of DVDs for guests use. The outside terrace is very large overlooking the pool area and the ocean in the distance. The first part being undercover contains a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining and there are also two loungers for relaxing.

Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long sandy beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and has a reputation for quality hospitality. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone’s taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the areas caters for just about every taste.
Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of (25 euros) per clean plus (10 euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
