Well equipped 2 room holiday apartment on the ground floor of a private bungalow, central heating, furnished terrace (25 m2), beautiful garden with about 100 m2 lawn for laying and well-kept heated pool (8×4x1.40). At about 300 m above sea level with a view of the sea and the tide. The living-dining room is well equipped (kitchenette, pull-out sofa for two more people, TV with SAT reception, internet access (WLAN). In the bedroom you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) with latex mattresses. Bathroom with shower and WC. Usage of washing machine and dryer. Sauna usage and BBQ area on request. To the beautiful, clean black beach you will find an impressive street with a wide coast view. You can reach it in about 8 minutes by car.

Mesa del Mar is a district of Tacoronte. To the capitol of Santa Cruz and to Puerto de la Cruz it is about 20 km. The region is known by its distinguished “tinto” “Tacoronte-Acentejo” and through its diverse gastronomy with local and inexpensive kitchen. A farmer’s market (5 minutes by car) offers you fresh agricultural products from the surrounding area during the weekends. The black beach “Playa de Arena” is distinguished with the “bandera azul” and can be reached by an impressive beach with a stunning view of the total northern coast without a problem. A cosy, long walk leads back to Playa Mesa del Mar and the fishing villages of El Prix where you can eat wonderful, fresh food. The exclusive “Real Club de Golf” (18 hole course, demanding) is nearby.
Minimum rental length: 2 weeks; maximum number of guests: 4 people; minimum rental price € 42.00/day (1 or 2 people). Children up to 9 years of age stay free. Children over 9 years of age or adults pay a fee of € 6.00 per day. The final cleaning costs € 35.00. Electricity and water consumption and weekly laundry change are included in the price.
Die gediegene 2 Zimmer-Ferienwohnung (ca. 42 qm) liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses, mit separatem Eingang, völlig unabhängig und mit einem Parkbereich davor, der durch eine Holzpaneelwand von der zum Appartement gehörenden großen Terrasse (ca. 25 qm) getrennt ist.
Die Terrasse ist sowohl vom gemütlichen Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 2 x 90 x 200 cm) als auch vom Wohnraum aus über große Türen zugänglich. Im Wohnraum befindet sich ein ausziehbares Sofa (Doppelbettcouch), eine bestens ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, Radio, deutsches Satellitenfernsehen, sowie Internet (wlan). Vom Wohnraum aus gelangt man ins Bad mit Dusche, das wiederum einen Ausgang zum Poolbereich hat. Ein kleiner Raum daneben beherbergt Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Vom Appartement aus hat man auch freien Zugang zur gemeinschaftlich genutzten Rasenfläche (100 qm) und zu dem solargeheizten Pool (4 x 8 m, 1.40 tief), mit automatischer Abdeckung und Gegenstrom-Düse.
Gemeinsam mit mir oder meinen Familienangehörigen und nach Absprache, können auch die Sauna oder der Grillbereich im oberen Bereich des Hauses, in dem ich wohne, benützt werden.
