Highly appointed 3 bed villa on the 5 star San Andres resort
This 3 bedroom villa is a jewel as with my other villas they are fitted out to the highest standards, I always want the guests that I have to come back time and time again. The lounge is furnished for comfort with quality sofas and relaxing chairs, a TV with DVD and sound system Bedroom 1 comprises of double bed with en suite bathroom double French doors leading to the sun terrace. Bedroom 2 with 2 singles that can adapt into a double bed with full en suite bathroom double French doors leading to the sun terrace. Bedroom 3 the room has 2 singles that can adapt into a double bed. Dining room with chairs and table can seat 6. Hall, bathroom, WC and shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster, all knifes and forks, utensils, cups, iron and ironing board in fact everything to make this a home from home. The patio area has loungers and there is a lovely BBQ area, they sell all you need for barbies at the supermarket on San Andres.

San Andres is situated in Golf Del Sur, South Tenerife and is a beautifully maintained development with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. There are plenty of amenities in the immediate area including swimming pool, restaurants, bars. It is located approx. 10 mins. drive/taxi ride from Tenerife South Airport & approx. 10 mins. drive from Las Americas or Los Cristianos. The villages of Los Abrigos (fishing village) & El Medano where the world windsurfing championship has been hosted) are nearby. San Blas is also nearby (approx 5 mins. walk) & has restaurants, bars & shops, nightclub, supermarkets etc. Excursions and sporting activities can be arranged at Sanandrestenerife. One of the biggest and best courses in Tenerife, Golf Del Sur has 27 holes and a wealth of natural features to test the keenest golfer. Pepe Gancedo designed the original course in 1987 but in 2005 top Spanish player Manuel Pinero gave it a facelift and made it the complete course that it is now
* £150 deposit will be due upon booking the villa, and the full amount to be paid 1 month before the holiday commences. The property is now managed for me by a company based in Tenerife who will take care of guest welcome packs and management of my bookings so my self or one of their reps will be their when you arrive

Broadband internet is available my guests can get a password to use WiFi connections, but you will have to use in the reception area due to range or you may use the pay as you go terminals located in reception. use of the sunbeds in the pool area is free and beach towels are in your villa as part of your linen pack.
Things on the san andres resort: San Andres is located amid the sweeping, lush fairways of the international 27-hole Golf del Sur course.On-site amenities include a tropical island snack bar in the centre of a vast swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and a gymnasium. Close by are a number of beaches, as well as good restaurants and some of the island’s most scenic villages. Car rental is recommended. Golf can be pre-booked prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Cafe Med This is a fantastic little bistro and we are lucky to have such a good eatery on our door step, serving full English breakfasts right up to magnificent steaks on an evening, you can enjoy a cold beer whilst watching sky sports on one of the many plasma screens run by Polly and Eroll this place should not be missed. There are plenty of free sun beds around the pool area for your use and all beach towels are provided The complex has a full English supermarket selling all your favourite brands and books, wine, and BBQ equipment.
Tours: To make your Tenerife experience complete their is nothing like a trip to the top of Mount Tiede or a trip in a real submarine, luckily my property is managed by the best management company on Tenerife who can organise all your excursions from the door step of the villa please call Nichola.
Air port transfers: I can organize you airport transfers from Tenerife south to the resort at a cost of €25 per person includes return trip. Please let me know at time of booking in order to arrange
Golf: We can offer all of our guests on San Andres a 10% discount on the greenfees at Golf del Sur. For 18 holes from May to September this year the approximate cost is £35. The `sterling equivalent` will alter on the exchange rate at the time. During the high season – October to April the cost for 18 holes is €84 (Approx £58). All the rates are set by the Clubhouse. You can contact them on (0034) 922 73 81 70, fax (0034) 922 73 82 72. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take reservations on your behalf for Golf del Sur, however we can offer this facility for guests wishing to play Amarilla Golf. All we need from you is the name and handicap of the player and we organise this for you. You can even pay for the golf at our office and then you take a voucher to Amarilla Golf.
