On the beautiful Canary Island of Tenerife, La Victoria, urbanisation La Palmita, we have an 850 m² property with two holiday homes. The bungalow ‘Casa’ and the guest house ‘Casita’ convince with their comfort, hospitality and a stunning view of the Atlantic and tide. The beautiful garden and the relaxation invite you to unwind. Directly on the south-west terrace of ‘Casa’ you will find a large terrace with the pool. Garden furniture is also available. Blinds and a large sun umbrella protect you from strong rays of sun. The Casa has a completely equipped kitchen with a fridge combo and dishwasher. In the large living room you will find a dining corner with English furniture. With the television you can receive most German programs. A library and a stereo system belong to the house. The house has a second covered terrace with comfortable furniture. The car can be parked directly by the house.

The Casa has 2 bedrooms, a work room with a bed, 2 bathrooms, guest WC, kitchen and living room with a fireplace. The house is equipped with a TV (with German programs), dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, etc. On the north terrace you will find stairs that lead to the pool on the south-west terrace and has enough garden furniture. The pool belongs to Casa. It can be used by the guests from the Casita if the Casa is free.

La Palmita is located 10 km from Puerto de la Cruz, directly on the steep coast with a stunning view of the sea and the Pico de Teide. In La Palmita you will find two holiday homes on a 850 m2 property: a bungalow with 120 m² (the Casa) and a guest house with 60 m² (the Casita). The urbanisation is very peaceful. To the cities of St. Ursula and La Victoria are about 1.5 km away, Puerto de la Cruz and Orotava can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The cities are lively year-round. The promenades invite you to stroll, during the winter you can also sit in 20 degrees in the street cafes or swim in the sea. The beaches of Puerto d.l.Cruz and Bollullu are about 8 km away. Active holiday people can hike in the landscape around Aguamansa and the Canadas, a World Heritage Site since 2007. Two golf courses in Puerto and Tacoronte and tennis courts in Puerto invite you to active relaxation. Loropark in Puerto is famous, a ‘must’ for the guests.
Both houses have bedsheets, towels and table linens. The houses have a washing machine, an ironing board with an iron – each with one laundry holder. A garden grill belongs to both houses. The pool is reserved for the tenants of the large house (Casa). Should the Casa not be rented, the pool can be used by the guests of the Casita. Both houses are separated by hedges, a palm tree and a large cactus so that the terraces are secluded. The beautiful garden with palm trees, cacti, bananas, oranges, etc. invite you to relax. Loungers and sun umbrellas are available in an adequate amount.
Location and surroundings:: It is about 1.5 km to the cities of St. Ursula and La Victoria, Puerto de la Cruz and Orotava can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The beaches of Puerto d.l.Cruz and Bollullu are about 8 km away.
Climate and life:: The climate is balanced throughout the year. Tenerife is named the ‘island of perpetual spring’ for good reason. During the winter, the temperatures seldom go below 20 degrees, during the summer they rise to about 30 degrees. You can swim in the sea throughout the entire year. In the cities there is colorful life throughout the year. Local residents and tourists mix among themselves in the shopping streets, on the promenades and in the cafes and restaurants.
Recreation:: In Tacoronte (about 8 km) you will find a golf course, in Puerto d.l. Cruz you have the option to hire bicycles or book hiking tours and excursions. The beaches of Puerto and Bollullu, just like the cities of Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava can be reached in 15 minutes. The island invites you to go hiking, 2 golf courses are nearby and at 2000 m above sea level, cyclists or runners can do training in elevated locations. There are beautiful hiking paths along the coast on which you can reach typical Spanish cities.
