The house has one living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms. One bedroom, a roof terrace looking towards the sea and a bathroom are on the first floor. The bath is about 2 m x 2 m. For real pleasure, there is plenty of room for two to share … The house would suit up to 6 people. There are terraces around the outside of the house and a very carefully kept garden with bananas, oranges and papayas. The round pool is not huge, but a good size at about 5 m in diameter. Its big advantage, at 1 m deep, the water is pleasantly warmed by the sun. Ideal for water lovers, big and small. The gardens are provided with garden furniture, sun beds and sunshades.

A road leads along the coast between Puerto de la Cruz and San Juan de la Rambla which competes with almost any other costal route in the world with deep green banana plantations beside the blue ocean, surrounding romantic and stately fincas. Romantic. It is now difficult to find accommodation such as we are able to let here: right on the seafront, green with nature all around and a local footpath to El Socorro beach. There is a unique view of the ocean, along the coast towards Puerto de la Cruz and at night you’ll see the lights of the neighbouring island of La Palma. There is no noise or anything to spoil the view and only the sound of the sea
The interior of the house should meet your every wish: the accommodation is about 200 m2, there is cosy furnishing in the living room, an open fireplace and satellite television (receiving all major television and radio channels). The bedrooms are large and fabrics, furniture and walls have been co-ordinated. The kitchen has a dining area, coffee machine, toaster etc. There is a washing machine. There is plenty of bed linen so you may change beds weekly. Tea towels, hand towels and bath towels are available.
