The two comfortably equipped apartments are situated in the popular holiday resort Puerto de la Cruz nearby the Martianez beach and the famous sea water swimming pool Lago Martianez. Since July 2006 here is the elegant casino house of the town with great ambiance with an own restaurant on an island in the artificial disposed sea water basin. Lots of restaurants, cafés around. Both holiday flats are recently, extensive refurbished and offer everything, what is necessary to spend wonderful holidays. Both flats have their own charm. The upper flat has a cosy, prevented terrace and has a studio couch for a further person. The bounteous flat “downstairs” has two balconies in different directions and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ring stove, big fridge and freezer. In both flats is a SAT-TV with many channels.

Puerto de la Cruz is the most popular holiday resort in the north of Teneriffe – mild climate the whole year. Here are great possibilities to go swimming, e.g. the sea water basin Lago Martianez or the beach Playa Jardin (garden beach) with its black lava sand that makes it exotic. The pictorial venue is ultimate attractive and versatile. At a promenade you can disover the old fishermen harbour, where you can watch the fishermen while they come home or unship their catch. Along the promenade of the sea are a lot of things to discover and you can coddle your palatine with the gastronomically offers of all kinds. Everywhere grow tropical plants, especially in the Parque Taoro, in the botanical garden or in the world-famous Loro Parque. Puerto de la Cruz is the source for trips to the rest of the island, e.g. to the Pico del Teide, which is the highest mountain of Spain with its 3718 meters.
