The Finca is located dreamful and silent in the green north of Tenerife with an area of ca. 2 ha. It presents a panoramic view to the Atlantic and over the whole coast to Puerto de la Cruz. Because of the hillside situation you have a fantastic view to the mountains and the Orotava-Valley and to the observatorium and Icod Alto. In the tropical garden the guests have the chance to harvest daily fresh oranges, bananas (spanish: platanos) and fruits for the breakfast, for example to compress your own juice. The Finca belongs to the Top-objects on Tenerife, because of its appointment: The american kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove top, an oven, a freezer, a microwave and also a dishwasher is included, that our holiday-guests can enjoy their holiday round and round.

The house is located above Puerto de la Cruz on the outskirts of the nice city Cruz Santa (a district of Los Realejos). At the Finca you have a fantastic view on the mountains and to the Orotava-Valley. A bakery and a small supermarket with a butchery is in the city. One of the bigger shopping-centres is 3 km away. The well known beaches Socorro and Punta Brava are 2,5 km away. Nearby there are many sporting activities – you can play golf, tennis and hike. The worlds biggest animal-parc – the Loro Parque – is in Puerto de la Cruz. The climate is the whole year mild and warm

In the house there is a master-bedroom with a double bed and also a TV. In the residential area there is a double-bed, which can be folded away into the cupboard, if you don´t need it – so you save location. A bed for children (cot) is available on request. The bath offers a shower with a shower partition. There is also a hair-dryer and an iron with ironing-board. All rooms have shatters to fold. And the most important: If there would be once a cold day, you can switch on the floor-heating, which works with solar-energy. At the great terrace there are 4 sun-beds available to relax. Bed linen and towels are available, but beach-towels not.
