Nice apartment to spend a few special vacations in Tenerife. This one in a community of only 10 apartments, opposite the swimming pool with a very elegant garden and with a few privileged sights. Residential very calm zone with private parking. Satellite dish orientated for German channels. Two independent bedrooms, one with double bed and other one with two beds. Change the bed sheets once per week and change towels of baths and swimming pool twice a week. Weekly included cleanliness. El Puerto de la Cruz is a tourist city that offers many amenities, which preserves the captivation of a people (village) bathed by the Atlantic ocean, with typical restaurants, beaches of black sand and landscapes of dream. The apartment is to a few minutes walking of the center of the city, besides possessing (relying on) very good routes of communication. Our apartments are to 10 minutes travelling of the beaches of black sand as that of beach Garden and of the historical hull of Puerto de la Cruz, where we find the spirit and the captivation of the fishing port that was surrounded of traditional you crunch and restaurants of typical Canary gastronomy. Closely together also one finds throughout the world acquaintance Loro Parque and the emblematic Lake Martianez, famous work of the Canary artist Cesar Manrique, all that bathed by the sight of the Father Teide, emblem of Canaries, and magnificent landscapes full of contrasts.

How to book: In case was reporting to us that it wants to reserve the above mentioned period, we would send a document with our number of account to deposit 20 % of the whole bill, and this way to guarantee the vacation period. Once realized the transference, the client already has his vacation period reserved in our apartments, only it will have to inform us of the hour of arrival to come to the delivery of keys and to the cancellation in cash from the remaining amount.
