Well equiped apartment very near to Los Gigantes village and all amenities. My apartment is an ideal holiday home for two people or family of four, recently renovated it has all amenities close by. It is in a small complex with garden and pool area and secure parking facilities. It is on the top floor with 5 steps from the garage area.Includes tinted double glazed windows, and air conditioning. Cooking facilities, hob, oven and microwave. The kitchen has fridge and is well equipped with washing machine. A large terrace with table with seating for six. The main bedroom is large with double (or twin) bed it also has a large wardrobe with dressing table and bedside tables. The second bedroom has a large, substantial bunk bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower but no bath. The lounge area has two two seater settees, and TV Sky Free view and a (DVD) player. A generous amount of linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided, also hair dryer.Views are to the pool .

The apartment is located on the perimeter of the village with easy accees to all amenities. Very close by is the Tipsy Terrace Leisure centre, with 3 tennis courts, pool and crazy golf. Across the road is the Harbour Club and Wine Bar. Within walking distance is the harbour, downhill, numerous boat trips are available for dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving is also available with lessons. The Oasis pool/ restuarant is open daily with bowling green and tennis. and the Lido is also available for bathing. All within easy walking distance.
Golf: The nearest golf course is Adeje Golf, which is approx 25 kilometeres away. There are 3, 9 hole courses A,B,C. Course C is the Los Lagos course, which can be played for 9 holes or played twice. The A & B course has hosted the Ladies Spanish Open. www.golfcostaadeje.com There is a reasonable restaurant/bar at the excellent club house. More expensive is the golf course at the Abama Spa Hotel this is 15 – 20 kilometers away, and is a very challenging/competitive course. Not for beginers! www.abamahotelresort.com
