Local Amenities: A taxi rank is situated across the road from the Royal Palm grounds. There are two supermarkets close to the apartment. One is small and is contained within The Beverley Hills Club. The other is larger, modern with a wide selection of groceries and wines and spirits and is situated opposite the Royal Palm Owners office. Above the larger of the two supermarkets is a semi open air restaurant serving local specialities and good steaks. A short stride up the hill will get you to the ‘Bella Roma’ Italian Restaurant where the steaks and pasta have been found to be delicious. Pub food and breakfasts are available at small bars close to Royal Palm as well as Chinese restaurants and takeaways. Car hire, money exchange and excursion booking are all to be found in the new shopping centre across the road from Royal Palm. The shopping centre benefits from an Irish Bar and English Tea rooms.
Continuous Improvement: We have recently installed a safety deposit box in the apartment (free to use) and we have listened to customer comments to improve things on the terrace. We have installed a full blind to give more privacy and installed new wrought iron work on the terrace to add security. This has allowed us to invest further in some high quality patio furniture including new table and four comfortable dining chairs as well as two comfortable relaxers in same style so you can sit comfortably on the terrace of an evening if the mood takes you. The terrace is lockable and this provides even greater security and more than that more peace of mind on an already safe complex. From APRIL 2010 the apartment will benefit from a brand new automatic washing machine to give a little more convenience to those guests who come over for longer stays.

Studio 16 is situated within the Royal Palm resort in the quieter part of Los Cristianos. The area is clean and very appealing to families and couples as it is relatively peaceful with stunning views of Los Cristianos and the Atlantic ocean. There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a newly built shopping centre close by as well as a taxi rank for those wishing to travel further afield. Royal Palm and the facilities in the immediate area mean you don’t really have to go elsewhere but a 10 minute walk will get you down to the beach or into Los Cristianos town centre where you will be met with an array of bars, restaurants and other facilities. This ensures that you have total peace of mind – safe in the knowledge that if you have a problem you also have official local help at your immediate disposal as and when required.
