From the large, VERY PRIVATE terrace, which is approximately 14ftx12ft you have a large table with four comfortable high back chairs and a small drinks table and two sun loungers, uninterrupted views to Mount Teide from the right, compostella golf course, Los Cristianos harbour where you can watch the ferries arriving and leaving to neighbouring islands. Inside, the apartment has been refurnished to a very high standard including a luxurious British made double bed for that extra home from home comfort. TV with BBC and ITV channels together with SKY sports SKY news etc. It has a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Recently refurbished kitchen with brand new appliances The complex is very well managed with nearby facilities e.g. Reception, Pool (heated in winter) and excellent restaurant. Close by is a Taxi rank, supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants.
This apartment has only been recently acquired by us and has been furnished to a high standard both inside and out on the terrace for home from home comforts It is in a quiet location on the top floor of the front row of the complex so you get totally uninterrupted sea views on this very private terrace. This accommodation would be highly suitable for the more mature person and therefor we do not accept bookings from young couples. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED The kitchen has been totally updated .It has a brand new oven with grill together with a four ring ceramic hob,new fridge, new microwave, new kettle and toaster.and has been completely retiled. For guests who like the occasional night in, this apartment has every facility needed to prepare your own meal, if , like us you find it difficult to tear yourselves away from the fantastic views and remarkable sunsets from the large terrace. The terrace has a large awning, two sunbeds, parasol and stand, 2 tables and 4 chairs.

Los Cristianos has an attractive harbour and ferry terminal with several ferries offering frequent services to neighbouring islands. There are several sandy beaches, and an abundance of restaurants & bars to suit all tastes, all within a few minutes walk. For golf enthusiasts the apartment is a mere five minute taxi ride to the Compostella Golf course which can be seen from the terrace. Taxis are cheap and readily available, as is car hire.
