Large studio apartment, 1 bathroom. This lovely large studio is on the quiet, attractive Port Royale complex, in a sought after position that affords stunning sea views over the harbour and town. It boasts a large, private sun patio that is not overlooked, with terracotta tiles and patio furniture including two sun loungers. It has been fully refurbished to a very high standard, with a new bathroom and kitchen, and a spacious lounge with high quality furnishings, 37* TV (with English channels) and a DVD player. There are twin beds and a settee plus additional chair in the lounge area to provide comfortable living facilities. The complex has good facilities with a launderette, restaurant and reception area. The pool is set in a pleasant planted area with plenty of sunbeds and privacy. There is a taxi rank nearby and several supermarkets, along with local bars and restaurants. NB: as our family now own a 2nd studio on this complex (see ref 12882) it would be ideal for 2 couples or families wishing to holiday together.
This large, sunny studio provides high quality living accommodation with a new kitchen and new fully tiled 4-piece bathroom, inc WC, bidet, vanity wash basin and walk-in shower unit. There are 2 single beds and double wardrobes, whilst in the living area there is a sofa plus an easy chair. All towels and bedding are supplied with linen changes for stays of over one week, so all you need to bring are your own beach towels. Satellite TV is available with a good range of English channels incl. BBC1 & 2, ITV, Sky Sports so you don’t have to miss your favourite programmes. This apartment is in one of the prime locations on this complex on the top (3rd) floor in a row of four, so has stunning sea views, and a very private patio area that is not overlooked. PLEASE NOTE Regrettably we do not accept bookings from young couples or couples with children, as we feel this lovely quiet area at night will appeal to the more mature guest.
The Beverly Hills complex just around the corner is open to non-residents, and provides evening entertainment in the nightclub plus an indoor sports centre with squash, table tennis, ten pin bowling (2 lanes) and games area. They also serve good food, and provide an attractive patio and bar area to sit by the fountain. If you wish to stay local there are several new bars and restaurants within easy reach of the apartment. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is an easy walk downhill to the beach and centre of Los Cristianos, or you can continue along the beautiful coastal path to the adjoining Playa de Las Americas.
Excursions :: These include whale and dolphins trips, the Loro Parque zoo and parrot park, and the free flying eagles at Parque Aguilas.
Sporting activities :: Attractive golf courses nearby, all water sports, horse riding, go-karting, tennis.

Los Cristianos has an attractive harbour and port with lots of excursions available. There are several good, sandy beaches, and plenty of local restaurants. If you want to venture further afield there is a beautiful coastal path that leads into Las Americas and beyond, whilst for the less energetic taxis are plentiful and cheap. Car hire is readily available or the central bus station is only a few minutes walk away.
