Private, exclusive air-conditioned villa with a private pool. This unique villa stands in its own grounds providing peaceful privacy and consists of bedrooms 2 of which are king size double rooms and have ensuite bathrooms with spa baths and separate showers with patio doors leading out to terraces. The other 3 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with separate shower. The villa also benefits from off road parking, an intercom system for added security and a gas BBQ. It’s just a short walk to the commercial centre that hosts many bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is in an ideal location if you like to play golf but is also the perfect holiday for relaxing in luxury comforts with the utmost privacy.
The golf del sur is one of the most upmarket areas in Tenerife, not only is it surrounded by an international golf course but has some beautiful walks along the sea front by the new marina and a natural beach. The golf coarse is so well maintained and In 1989, they bore witness to Jose Maria Olazabal´s victory in the Open de Tenerife, a feat he repeated in 1992. The following year they watched as David Gilford won the event, as did Mark James in 1994. In 1995, Golf del Sur hosted the Shell Wonderful World of Golf tournament and its head-to-head battle between Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson. The 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various international tournaments. We have also a beautiful outdoor bowling green that is flood lit on an evening and welcome new comers for a round of bowls. The small Spanish village of los abrigos that is about a 10 minute walk is the nicest place in the south for seafood.
