Canary Islands, Tenerife. Golf Del Sur.A large air conditioned villa, with fantastic sea views, in one of the most picturesque and prestigious areas of Golf Del Sur. The villa is located just a few yards from the sea front and only 2 minutes walk from the village centre which boasts 3 typical Canarian squares that have a variety of restaurants, bars, and numerous shops that include a supermarket, bank, hairdressers, gifts, etc. Nicely secluded from the road the villa has a front garden and a large terrace, ideal for dining outside, or just to relax in the sun. The large lounge has double French doors leading directly onto the terrace. There is a DVD player and large TV with English channels, ITV, BBC etc. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area is ideal if guests wish to dine indoors. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed and a travel cot is available. The 2 other bedrooms have two single beds and full size bunk beds. The villa shares a superb communal pool, on the sea front.
The large communal pool is located right on the sea front (1/2 minutes from the villa) There is also a children’s paddling pool and a large enclosed garden area in which children can play. Sun loungers are also available at no charge.

Golf Del Sur is located in the sunny southern part of Tenerife offering all year round sunshine. The scenery is wonderful and the three championship golf courses provide a green carpet between the Atlantic Ocean and the majestic Mount Teide. The villa is 50 yards from the sea and only 2/3 minutes walk from the village centre ,which has three pedestrianised squares that house an abundance of shops, bars and restuarants. It is a pleasant place to shop or dine out. A few minutes walk from the villa is the newly built marina. Walk for 10 minutes in the opposite direction and you will come to the picturesque fishing port of Los Abrigos. There is also a sandy beach at El Medano(4miles). Within 15/20 mins drive are: Saim Park (waterpark, with worlds largest surf machine) Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Fanabe, Adeje, Toreviscas, La Caletta, Los Gigantis. Local activities: diving, wind surfing, swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf and water skiing.
