Self-catering luxury penthouse rentals with heated pool in Tenerife. A choice of a one, two or three-bedroom penthouses on the sought after Duquesa del Mar complex. The three-bed sleeps up to seven, the two-bed up to five and the one-bed three persons. The larger penthouses have two bathrooms and the one-bed has a shower room. Rooms are very spacious and there are large balcony areas. These properties have spectacular views towards the sea. Satellite TV is provided and channels include BBC1 BBC2, SKY SPORTS and ITV. Kitchens are well equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, and the 2-bed penthouse benefits from air conditioning. There is a heated swimming pool and hot plunge pool and the complex is gated ensuring exclusive access for Duquesa guests. Most units come with underground parking please enquire at the time of booking.

Three bedrooms, one is a double with en-suite bathroom and its own south facing private balcony . There are also two other bedrooms opening onto balconies. There is an additional bathroom. Lounge with TV and DVD, bed settees, ceiling fan. Air conditioning. Glass sliding doors leading to balcony areas. All linen and towels are provided.
Travel Insurance and Flights: Travel insurance can be arranged for both single trip and annual policies. Help is also offered with flights. Please ask when booking.
Airport Collection: We can arrange for you to be met at Tenerife Airport and taken by private car to your accommodation. Help is provided with the baggage. Please enquire at the time of booking. A maximum of four adults can be taken.
Car Hire: We can arrange car hire at competitive rates. Pick up and drop off is at the airport.
Golf: The 27-hole championship golf course covers 850,000 square metres and includes driving ranges and a fully equipped golf school. The clubhouse has changing facilities, cash dispenser , restaurant, bar and pro-shop facilities. Metal spiked golf shoes are not allowed on the golf course. You must show proof of handicap to play (currently men 28 ladies 36)

Golf del Sur is in the sunny southern part of Tenerife offering a pleasantly warm year round climate.
