Access to the apartment is by its own steps or lift which makes it fully wheelchair accessible, for those wishing to hire a car the apartment comes with its own underground parking which can also be accessed by a lift. Inside there is a large lounge with two sofa , satellite TV (British channels) DVD & hi fi. The dining area has table & chairs for four. Fully equipped kitchen hob, full oven, fridge, washing mc, microwave, kettle, etc, there is a guest bathroom seperate from the en suites. Located in a quiet area yet within minutes walk of restaurants shops and the new marina, if you require more then the commercial centre is a 15 min walk along the sea front or a 10 min taxi ride will take you to Las Americas.
