Much sought after location in Golf del Sur. The Villa no. 22a is privately owned and is located on Sunningdale Village, one of the most exclusive developments of villas on Golf del Sur. The villas are clustered around a heated swimming pool, and enjoy views across the golf course and Atlantic Ocean. Close to the pool is Sunningdale Reception, bar and restaurant. Food id served all day, children are welcome and organised barbeques are offered several nights a week. There are many facilities on site at this resort which is partly time shared and partly privately owned. The kiddies club is extremely popular and there is live entertainment most nights. The on site shop is very handy, but the main commercial centre of San Blas is close by. Here there are a huge selection of bars, restaurants, food shops and souvenier shops. Overall this is the perfect location for a relaxing and enjoyable self catering holiday break. The popular resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are a 15 min drive and there is a regular bus ser.
Constructed in 1990 the villa is of a high standard, having its own landscaped gardens and private south facing sun terrace. Spacious accommodation, with two x twin bedded bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and large lounge. Both bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash hand basins with illuminated mirrors. There is hot water and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are upstairs and has patio doors leading onto private sun terrace furnished with full-length sun beds. The fully fitted kitchen has most accessories you would find at home, including washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Linen, bath, hand and tea towels are provided but not beach towels. The spacious lounge and dining area has a coffe table, ceiling fan, settees and chairs. There is a large flat-screen TV showing all English terrestrial channels along with Sky news and Sky Sports 1. DVD Player.
The sofa converts into a double bed, enabling villa to sleep up to 6 comfortably. There is a circular dining table and open plan staircase leading up to master bedroom adn bathroom above. The lounge has large patio doors leading onto the landscaped front garden, furnished with garen table and chairs. The garen is south facing therefore enjoying the sun throughout the day until sunset. There is a shop on site open from 8 am until 8 pm 7 days a week. Resorts own pool towels must be used available from reception. No charge for this but a refundable deposit of 12 euro per towel is required. This ensures that only guests booked into Sunningdale village use the facilities, and your facililites are not intruded upon from clients staying outside the complex. Check in: 2 pm. Check out 10 am.

Golf del Sur is a very self contained popular area catering for all age groups. Here you can find locally: Green bowls, tennis, crazy golf, spa circuit, gymnasium, water sports from the new harbour. Numerous excursions bookable at reception eg Loro Park, Aquapark, Skypark etc etc Just a ten minute walk away is San Blas commercial centre with a multitude of restaurants, bars and live entertainment. Supermarkets, gift shops, night club etc. Or short walk along the promenade brings you to the picturesque village of Los Abrigos, fishing harbour, where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood at the many eateries all day long. Los Abrigos also has a weekly market. Golf del Sur has a famous farmers market too with wonderful home grown fruit, vegetables, herbs etc not to be missed (and then finish off the shopping with a tapa and beer at the market bar) Sunningdale is in ideal position for golfers as it is a few mins walk to the main clubhouse of the championship famous golf club.
