2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite), sleeps up to 4. This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the San Miguel Village complex within the resort of Golf Del Sur. The complex is made up of privately owned villas and apartments and the rear of this apartment overlooks the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. There are 3 swimming pools: one large one for the adults, a smaller children’s pool and one seawater pool right on the sea edge. There is a shingle beach nearby. The villa is ideal for golfers and is just minutes away from all amenities including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Local sports include, as the name suggests, golf, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, walking, horse riding, aqua park, trekking, swimming and bird watching.
On the roof of the apartment there is a sun terrace which is private, faces towards the sea and is an ideal location to soak up the hot sun. Guests with mobility issues should note that there are steps within the property. Please enquire if this may be an issue as a photograph of the steps is available. The TV within the apartment received some English speaking channels and for more information please contact Dave or Becky prior to departure. Please also note that although there is a DVD player within the apartment there are no DVD’s kept in the apartment therefore guests should bring their own selection.

The charming resort of Golf del Sur is very stylish with its cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants. It is situated on the southern coastline of this beautiful island and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday for families and couples alike. It surrounds a 27 hole championship golf course, which is one of Europe’s most famous golf courses. It is also next to the 18 hole course of Amarilla Golf and is also surrounded by superbly maintained landscaped gardens. If golf is not your vice, then why not relax and soak up the sun on the new pebble beach or cool down with a drink from the beach front bar. The purpose built promenades provide a delightful setting for a relaxing and peaceful evening walk. The San Blas commercial centre is the hub of Golf del Sur’s nightlife and is within easy walking distance. It has a selection of souvenir shops, a couple of supermarkets, and a variety of mainly English and Spanish bars and restaurants.
