Easy access to complex pools, minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Ocean Golf and Country Club. A large 2 bedroom ,self catering penthouse apartment with stunning views overlooking the golf course and views out to sea along with Mount Teide in the distance. The apartment has a conservatory built on one side and separate balconies attached to the master bedroom and living area. En-suite bathroom and separate bathroom available along with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment also has air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living area. The apartment is situated on a private residential complex and has 2 pools to choose from. Just a 2 minute walk will take you to bars and restaurants, however the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor so no noise from these establishments will reach you. The occasional ‘ting’ as a golf ball is launched is the only noise that you should hear. Access to the apartment is gained either by stairs or a lift and has a key safety box so there is no need to carry keys with you.
Golf Information: The 27 hole international course at Golf del Sur is considered to be Tenerife’s leading golf course. Ever since its 1987 inaugural event the 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various top international tournaments. The course was designed by Pepe Gancedo and has a thoroughly enjoyable layout in which one’s attention is immediately caught by the black volcanic sand in the bunkers. The wide fairways are lined with such a wide variety of indigenous plants such as palm trees and giant cacti. This 800 square-metre course beside the Atlantic Ocean is like a veritable oasis. Particularly difficult is the 3rd hole of the north course. To the right of the wide fairway is a water hazard, behind which lies an impressive ravine with an ochre-coloured rockface, while to the left is a gaping bunker of black sand. Another notable hole is the 2nd of the southern course, a par 3 of 193 metres whose green is surrounded by another immense bunker of black sand.

The Golf Del Sur is located on the South Coast, only a short distance from Riena Sofia airport As the name suggests Golf Del Sur exists for golf. There are a number of superb courses however other entertainments haven´t been left behind. There is a shopping centre and many restaurants and bars to choose from. The complex of Ocean Golf and Country Club are of the highest quality. The complex is seen as one of the most prestigious in the area. There is a heated pool, full English TV, sea and Golf views and at the front of the complex are a few quiet bars and restaurants, wine bar, a chemist, an Italian and Chinese restaurant. The sea is a 5 minute walk away downhill and on the sea front you will find a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really good Spanish restaurants and bars.
