Tropical garden views from lounge French doors to sunny and secluded terrace provide a haven for relaxation. Spacious, beautifully furnished with brand new kitchen & bathroom. It is located on a large corner plot with off road parking right outside the front door. You are not overlooked by your neighbours. All amenities a 5 minute walk away. Free safe, travel cot & highchair. TV with SKY TV & DVD. Sky channels available are the family package channels. Please note BBC is NOT available. Dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The complex pool area boasts panoramic ocean views and occupies a very sheltered position with very large sunbathing areas making it a haven for sun worshippers (Plenty of free sunbeds). A children’s pool is safely divided from the main pool. The seafront promenade and pebble beach with sunbathing deck is a 10 minute walk.
Children are welcome however please note that the rear garden is in an elevated position and enclosed by a 3ft fence only. The apartment has access front and rear at ground floor level so the elderly/infirm and people in wheelchairs could enjoy the apartment. However there are some steps down through the complex to the pool area and although there are slopes for pushchairs these would probably prove difficult for wheel chair users.

Golf Del Sur is a charming and friendly holiday resort just 10 minutes from the airport. It’s relaxed atmosphere makes it is a perfect holiday retreat for those looking to get away from the usual hustle and bustle of the larger more commercialised resorts as it is only 15 minutes from Los Cristianos. Built around a beautiful championship golf course in an enviable position overlooking the Atlantic ocean this elegant resort is full of tropical greenery. It has much to offer the discerning holiday maker. The large pebble beach is a 10 min walk from the apartment and has a sunbathing deck and there are fantastic sea views from the coastal path where you can watch the sun go down as you walk out of an evening. There is a wide variety of restaurants surrounding the large and attractive square in the central pedestrianised area called ‘San Blas’ on the doorstep of the complex. Here you will find supermarket, bank, doctors, hairdressers, shops, internet cafe, car hire, excursions.

We love the local town of El Medano just 10 minutes drive or bus ride away. It is a typical Canaria town with lovely sandy beach, promenade and central square overlooking the beach with children play area just a few feet away from the pavement restaurants – makes a relaxing day out with the family. There is a fantastic new marina that has been finished which offers restaurants and cafes and a submarine trips in the adjoining resort of Amarilla Golf a wonderful addition to the Golf Del Sur resort within walking distance of the apartment.
