Tenerife Apartments Self Catering Accommodation Near the Sea. A choice of two bed apartments on this superb complex. Both apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master is a double and the second bedroom a twin. Unit V has bed settees in the lounge to accommodate two persons so sleeps a total of six. TV with satellite channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 & Sky Sports. Tastefully furnished throughout. Very large balconies. There is a heated swimming pool and hot plunge pool exclusively for guests of Duquesa. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge and Unit V benefits from air-conditioning. The kitchens are very well equipped with full hob, oven and grill. Washing machine and microwave are provided along with a fridge -freezer. There is underground parking for clients who have hired a car. Situated in a good position overlooking the pool. The apartment has a double and a twin bedroom along with two bathrooms. Sleeps four. TV with BBC1 and 2 ITV , Channel 4, Sky Sports. Has a long balcony facing south and west so gets good afternoon sun. Patio furniture provided. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and grill and microwave. Washing machine and fridge freezer.
Ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms. Parking is available in the underground car park. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Flexible on changeover days depending on existing bookings. Wireless internet provided to bar attached to the complex. Please ask for code-usually purchase a coffee or small drink and the use is then free.

Golf del Sur is in the sunny southern part of Tenerife offering a pleasantly warm year round climate. The developments in this area are built around the three championship golf courses and therefore the area is remarkably green with great views of fairways. The centre of Golf del Sur is San Blas which is pedestrianised with restaurants and shops arranged in two squares or ‘Piazzas’. This creates a pleasant place to shop or dine without noise and fumes from cars-ideal for families with young children. There is now an excellent choice of Restaurants- I can personally recommend the ‘Sakura Tieppan’ for fantastic Teppan Yaki, Thai or Chinese cuisine.
Local Information: There is a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is located about 15 minute walk or a short bus hop away. There are additional bars and restaurants just outside the complex within 5 minute walk. The English supermarket ‘Best Buys’ is attached to Duquesa and is open 7 days a week. I recommend their own oven baked baguettes. They carry a good range of fresh fruit and veg as well as newspapers and fresh milk. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is a popular local beach at La Tajita which is about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island.
Golf Information: Golf del Sur boasts a 27 hole championship course which has hosted many international events. An attractive course with striking black sand bunkers and wide fairways lined with over 8000 palm trees. Additionally Amarilla Golf next door is an 18 hole course with some very challenging holes especially the par 3 with the sea as a fairway, forcing you to play over the ocean!
Other Activities: Bowls. All year lawn bowling only 5 minutes walk away.
