This exciting development on Golf del Sur was completed in 2002, it features an all weather floodlit bowling green made to international standards. Two apartments with 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, approached by either stairs or a lift, with a balcony which is south facing. The 2-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor accessed by either stairs or lift, and has a sea view from the balcony. On site there is a good sized swimming pool and children’s pool ajoining. Also on the complex is a gymnasium with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi I am afraid this has now closed but there is one available at the Aguamarina Hotel just across the road. Two garages are available on the complex should you hire a car. Please contact owners for website details of useful flight agents. This complex is in a very quiet area with no more than 20 people using the sunbeds.

This two twin bedded apartment sleeps six people with a sofa bed in the large lounge area which separates into two single beds. The lounge leads onto a spacious balcony through french sliding doors. The view from the balcony is of the sea and newly built marina facing south. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen and a WASHING MACHINE. Bedroom one, with fitted wardrobes is en-suite, having bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Bedroom two also has fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate shower room. Do to the problems we have had the Sky WE NOW HAVE BBC 1 BBC 2 ITV 1 AND CHANNEL 4 IN THIS APARTMENT, There is still the occasional chance these channels will freeze this is beyond our control, WE NOW HAVE A TRAVEL COT AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE.
Out & about the region.: Winter Gardens is approximately 15 minutes walk from San Blas Shops, Restaurants and live free entertainment. Near to the complex is an excellent Chinese restaurant, Tapas bar, very good fish restaurant and Irish bar. Something to suit everyone. A new marina is only 250 metres away. Situated at the nearby golf club is putting green, driving range and mini golf, there is also a tennis court. A short walk from San Blas is the fishing village called Los Abrigas where some of the finest seafood restaurants in Tenerife can be found. Because of the terrain this walk is only suitable in daylight. The nearest large beach is at El Medano about 4 miles away Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas is about 15 minutes drive away.

Ski: Here are some good restaurants there should be cards in the coffee table draw, I would recommend the Globetrotter in Costa del Silencio for prawns all you can eat for 18 Euros on a Wednesday night , go up to Las Chaferas turn left at the top then follow the road along side the motorway to Las Galletas for about 4/5 miles just past the shell garage turn left go along there till you see some totem poles on your right turn left here go to the top it is on you right you should book before you go, a taxi will cost around 20 Euros, Mama Rosa in Las Americas take the Los Cristianos exit of the motorway go for 1 mile to the round about turn right follow the road along side football ground keep it on you left go straight over the lights go down to the bottom Mama Rosa is about a 100 yards up on the right hand side coming up a little bit expensive bit very good. Probably about 25 to 30 Euros each There is a good Indian buffet for 11 Euros all you can eat before 8 pm just of the round
