Friendly Complex close to golf course, marina, restaurants and shops. Further details indoors: Coming into the apartment, the double bedroom is on the immediate right. There are bedside lockers, double wardrobes with mirrors and 5 drawer chest and a chair in the corner. Next right from the Hall is the bathroom, which has an overhead shower and bath, toilet, wash basin and large vanity unit with illuminated mirror over head. Next from the hall is the Dining area, which has a table with seating for 4 and on the right the kitchen with breakfast bar with Stools, all the appliances you need can be found here. The large family living room has a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa (sofa bed) and an occasional table, TV and lamp, a Radio with CD player is also provided.
Golf del Sur / Royal Parque Albatros area: Golf del Sur is surrounded by an ocean of green, as its name suggests, Golf del Sur does boast a 27-hole Championship course, this is split into three 9-hole links courses which are surrounding the resort. There are splendid views of the Mountains ~ The most famous Mount Teide. The resort is surrounded by deep blue ocean and is only approx 5 miles away from the airport and is easily accessible by taxi or hire car. There is an excellent selection of restaurants, including Chinese, Japanese/Oriental, Spanish, Italian and many others, many of which directly overlook the sea and the new Marina. The new Marina is only a short walk away and now has a bar and café as well as a Yellow Submarine Safaris that will take you down 30 metres to view the undersea world of the Atlantic ocean! Directly adjacent to the Marina is a small natural black sand beach.

Parque Albatros is a beautiful stylish complex with lovely exotic gardens; a stream rambles through the gardens and is crossed by wooden bridges, it leads to a waterfall which drops into the main swimming pool. Looking across from the apartment you can see the stream running through the tropical gardens down into the pool below. The complex has spacious sunbathing areas surrounding the main and children’s pool, there is a secure children’s play area and on the opposite side there is a pool table, table tennis and a darts board for the older children and adults. The complex is popular with both families and couples of all ages and the complex atmosphere is chilled and restful.There is an on-site restaurant which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches and evening meals, Sunday evenings is Barbeque night which we can highly recommend.
