Each sleeping a max of 4 people. Located on the beautifully landscaped complex known as The Palms, this pair of beautifully decorated one bedroom cottages can be rented individually or as a pair. Both cottages have been recently redecorated and fully refurnished to a very high standard and include the following: – air conditioning, master bedroom with twin beds and French doors leading onto a terrace. Large Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven & hob and microwave. Lounge with seating for 4, 20′ plasma TV, DVD player (with selection of movies) and very comfortable double sofa bed. Bathroom with twin sinks, bidet, toilet, and bath with shower above. Separate WC. Large rear terrace with gas barbeque and seating, there is also roof terrace with extensive views of the mountains. The cottages have a travel cot and high chair and have excellent disabled access. The Palms complex consists of 4 swimming pools set within beautiful gardens. There is a good restaurant/bar a laundrette and a shop.

Number 28 The Palms comes with all previously described facilities: twin bedroom, double sofa bed, travel cot & highchair, 20′ Plasma TV, DVD Player (with selection of movies), washing machine, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, integrated oven & hob, kettle and toaster. Main bathroom with twin marble sinks, large mirror, bidet, toilet, large bath with shower above. Outside there are three terraces plus one internal open air space for drying cloths. Also on arrival guests will be greeted with a small welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and water. (Please Note: No 28 does NOT have a BBQ – only No. 27 has this.)

Golf del Sur combines a thriving holiday resort with a magnificent championship golf course and is only 10 mins drive from Renia Sofia airport. Golf del Sur caters not just for the golfer but also for families and couples wanting a more peaceful and relaxed environment surrounded by beautiful scenery. Whilst being only 15 minutes bus ride from the hustle and bustle of Playa de Las Americas, Golf del Sur itself is a more relaxed resort offering a mix of peace, tranquillity with good evening entertainment. The cottages are only a 10 minute walk from the newly constructed marina which is overlooked by several good restaurants and bars. Evening entertainment is also available in the centre of Golf del Sur at the San Blas commercial centre where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants around the main square. For those wanting to self cater there are several small supermarkets within walking distance and a large Mercadona Supermarket about approximately 2 miles from The Palms.
Golf: The 27 hole international course at Golf del Sur is considered to be Tenerife’s leading golf course. Ever since its 1987 inaugural event the 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various top international tournaments. The course was designed by Pepe Gancedo and has a thoroughly enjoyable layout in which one’s attention is immediately caught by the black volcanic sand in the bunkers. The wide fairways are lined with such a wide variety of indigenous plants such as palm trees and giant cacti. This 800 square-metre course beside the Atlantic Ocean is like a veritable oasis. Particularly difficult is the 3rd hole of the north course. To the right of the wide fairway is a water hazard, behind which lies an impressive ravine with an ochre-coloured rockface, while to the left is a gaping bunker of black sand. Another notable hole is the 2nd of the southern course, a par 3 of 193 metres whose green is surrounded by another immense bunker of black sand. The club offers a golf school as well as practice facilities, a tennis court, lawn bowls green, bar-restaurant and pro shop. Amarila Golf – Also close by to Golf del Sur is the Amarilla Golf and Country Club. This eighteen-hole course enjoys the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.
